I am getting very frustrated with the online shopping. 2 weeks ago I bought a$25 pork rump roast. When I opened it to cook it looked fine. Then I took it out of the package completely it smelled absolutely disgusting spoiled. Then this week all my produce looked horrible and old. My grapes were all brown and wrinkled .They need to tell the people that do the shopping to think. Would they eat that? If the answer is no then don’t sell it!!! I have lost so much money here. I do the online pickup because of my disability. I can’t spend time in store walking around and doing a big shopping spree. Do better!

There was an employee Danny that helped me and even after i gave up and went on my way he kept searching and came up to me at the check out line with the item I was looking for. He went above and beyond and it was appreciated

This store is exceptionally clean, staff friendly and helpful from the greeter, customer service desk, cashier and anyone else stocking shelves or walking through the store. Love the added bonuses towards checkout with Meijer points to help defer cost of frequently purchased items. Always has adequate choices of items except in their craft and yarn department!

Over the summer I bought a pellet rifle here. However, I mention that because I am baffled that this specific one is still on the shelf. The only reason I know that it is this exact rifle, is due to the blood that is on the box. Please remove this from your shelf. Not only is it a biohazard, but it has sat like this on the shelf for 7 months since I initially noticed the dried blood.

The store is in a nice location. On my visit today the store was clean and well organized. Unfortunately this location doesn’t have good customer service.That’s the biggest issue for this location. This location has potential to be a 5 out of 5 if the employees work on their customer service skills.

Couldn't even set my bags behind the customer service counter. They said they were limited on space. Didn't look like at all it to me. Sounds lazy. That's alright. I won't be coming in from out of town and dropping $600 here ever again. Do better. It's called customer service for a reason!

Decided to take advantage of their 7 for $7 deal, even though I only rarely shop at Meijer. I decided it was a good deal and wanted to try them out. Put in an online order for pickup and sent my husband in to pick it up. Something happened with my card and it didn't go through with the charge, and I wasn't notified or given any information until my husband called me letting me know that it didn't go through. That's also when they let him know about the substitutions that were made. I received no notice, no chance for approval or denying of the substitutions until he was there to pick up and decided to approve them (I would've denied the substitutions as they gave me things I didnt want as a substitute). Finally got everything paid for and home. 3 days later, my 3lb bag of cuties I purchased are all molding with spots, some completely squishy. No, we didn't have them in a hot room, or anything abnormal. Put them on our fruit stand in the kitchen and 72 hours later. Moldy. Are you freaking kidding me??? Tried to get ahold of someone to let them know, and both "customer service" and "help center" links in my order email sent me to an employee login page. For real?? Thanks for reminding me why I don't typically shop at Meijer. I will happily avoid there and shop at Walmart of Kroger from now on.
