A customer first at Segna Volvo then MAG bought them out. We followed because we trusted our service man. We've been loyal customers for 30 years and 4 vehicles. We took our 20 year old Volvo xc70 in for service. Needed an oil change and had a noise in the rear. For 30 years they inspected our car for free this time we were charged over $175.00 to "diagnose" our problem. We were told we had to pay $3500.00 to replace parts. Yes for a 20 year old car that worth about $800.00. We refused the work but got charged over $300.00. For an oil change and for them to "diagnose" we needed shocks on the front and shocks and coils on back. The strange thing is that last year they video the under side of the car and said it looked new. So in a year a garaged all it life car had rusted out. The other problem our service man retired. I think this new service man thought they could get us and get $3500.00 out the us. Never will we return. They just lost a 30 year customer who bought 4 cars from them.

Excellent experience buying a Volvo with the help of Jordan. He and his manager were authentic and welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure a quick and efficient purchase. I love my car and will definitely return to MAG when I'm ready for the next one.

My wife and I bought a Maserati from Charles and John at MAG a few weeks ago. It was an unrivaled experience. They were incredibly responsive and professional and respectful of our time. Without much prompting, they quickly negotiated an incredibly fair deal and expeditiously moved through the closing process. Then they patiently walked through all of the features after selling the vehicle to help my wife fully maximize the experience. I can’t underscore how fantastic the process was start to finish. They absolutely earned our business going forward, and I’d recommend them to anyone.

MAG is an excellent partner for Columbus Cars and Coffee, they host amazing events for the car community. I have also purchased a car from MAG, a 2016 Mercedes AMG GTS, and that experience was great too.

Teach Your Drivers Who Drive The MAG Van's How To Drive. Sitting In Fast Lane Doing 60mph & Flipping People Off That Pass him(Like He Owns The Freeway). On 70 East With Light Traffic & 3 Lanes & He Just Stays In Far Left "Passing" Lane. Just Ridiculous To Act And Drive Like That, While Representing MAG

Beautfiul show rooms and selection of cars. Nolan at Audi was helping me and he was super chill, helpful, and friendly. He stayed late to finalize my purchase and so far I'm loving my new car. It's in beautiful condition. My only minor complaint is it is a little confusing to find people. The dealership is huge and unlike most dealerships, sales aren't walking around, so you have to kind of look for someone. Audi sales is upstairs in the Audi showroom, fyi.

This place started out great but after the sale…they don’t care! I received a letter in the mail stating that they were not able to transfer my plates because they are for a commercial vehicle. The plate number listed in the letter is not anywhere near my actual plate number. Besides both having the 7 digits, that’s the only thing the plate numbers have in common.I called and a young sounding guy from the titling department told me I needed to go to the DMV and they couldn’t help me. The DMV couldn’t stop laughing at how bad the dealership messed up and told me this needs redone at the dealership. People make mistakes and that’s ok but for them not to fix them is another story! Like I stated before, I was happy with the entire process up until this happenedLong story short…they messed up transferring my plate by putting a completely wrong plate number in. Then told me that I had to fix their mistake! If you care about service after the sale, then go somewhere else.

Plan to spend a long time here.I had a great experience buying my car from MAG back in 2019 and prepaid on my service. But since then, I have never spent less than 4 hours in their waiting room, even for a routine oil change. Once they forgot to tell me my car was done so it sat in the parking lot for an hour before they came to get me. During my most recent oil change, they extended my wait by 2 hours for additional repairs that I had asked to be scheduled for another day due to time constraints. The service is fine, a little overpriced but comparable to other dealership service areas. The waiting room does have wifi and is nice enough. But like I said, just make sure you have all day to sit around waiting for your car if you are not able to drop it off.

Recently had my oil changed in my 2016 VW Tiguan. Never disappointed when I bring my vehicle in for service. Always very friendly. The personal service being assigned one person from beginning to the end of the process makes so much sense. Very Transparent. Easy to understand details when your vehicle is complete. So glad I found MAG VW Dealer and Service. They are awesome!

A black Volkswagen with the information for this company on their back windshield (tried to get the license plate but they were going way too fast for me to see it, and I’m not killing myself just to figure it out) is a reckless driver and I’m not sure if they are d*** or their turn signals do not work. They have been in-front of me a couple times and I have NEVER seen them use their turn signals. Additionally, they almost run off the road on a daily just driving straight. For example, today they were driving down a country road and almost hit a mailbox. Also, when they do not use their turn signals they pull out in front of people. On a 45 speed limit they go 65, not sure if they need to get somewhere quickly but if so WAKE UP EARLIER AND LEAVE EARLIER, it isn’t that hard. Do that instead of causing potential harm to others. That person does not care if they get killed but I bet the other driver would. I would not want this car to have information on the back windshield about a company when they about kill people on a daily. Very disappointing.

Although my bill was steep for tires, I will have to say that they have come a long way from my first few experiences customer service wise. They have a much more organized way of prompting phone calls from customers that I really like. Also, the young gentleman who assisted me when I picked up my vehicle was extremely pleasant and informative. Lastly, they fixed my squeaky door, although they may have needed to remove it for repairs. Either way, I appreciate that. Thank you.

I decided to buy this 2017 A4 on my second visit. After we agreed on the price, I paid the deposit. I asked their finance how long it would take to make up the payment and he told me within a month, they didn't state in the contract when it would take to make up the full payment. I also attached $200 for them to make up the stone scratches around the car for me. Three or four days later, they called me with an extremely bad attitude and told me to pay the full amount today, if you don't, the car is no longer yours, and insisted that they told me to pay the full amount within this month, especially their general manager, who hung up in the middle of our call. When I went to make up the full payment, I said I should check the car before I pay. Some stone scratches on the front of the car were not completely repaired, and their salesman insisted that they only let them repair the right front of the car, which still have scratches on it. The right rear of the car showed signs of having been repaired after the collision. Their salesman stood by and insisted that the marks were there before, but it wasn't there when I checked car for the first time. I guessed that after I paid the deposit, someone else came to test drive the car or their salesman accidentally hit it while driving so he called me in such a hurry to make up the full payment. I had no choice but to make up the full amount because I didn't want to lose the deposit. Please be sure to read the contract when you buy a car from this store, especially if you are a foreigner, and don't talk business with their general manager, he is very rude. Please take a video of the car if you decide to buy it, or they might damage the car and not admit it. The spare carpet is also gone.

I bought a Porsche Panamera from MAG Porsche after viewing photos and a video they produced. After the car was delivered to CA, I immediately noticed it had damage to the rear bumper and spoiler. I immediately contacted them and was told by the finance mgr. they should have told me about the damage since it wasn't visible from the video and CARFAX reported no accidents. They then gave me the run-around for over two weeks only to finally be told they would not repair the damage or offer any compensation since the damage was factored into the price! What??? Not by me, as I didn't know about it and wouldn't have purchased the car if I did. MAG turned what should have been a great experience into an extremely disappointing and costly one. Over $2000 for repairs I had to pay. They also understated the car's mileage by over 200 miles, delivered the car on empty and gave me a broken key fob. I contacted the Better Business Bureau however, I doubt this dealership will respond given the extremely poor manner in which I've been treated by John Viel and MAG throughout this process. Super shady. Buyer beware.
