A customer first at Segna Volvo then MAG bought them out. We followed because we trusted our service man. We've been loyal customers for 30 years and 4 vehicles. We took our 20 year old Volvo xc70 in for service. Needed an oil change and had a noise in the rear. For 30 years they inspected our car for free this time we were charged over $175.00 to "diagnose" our problem. We were told we had to pay $3500.00 to replace parts. Yes for a 20 year old car that worth about $800.00. We refused the work but got charged over $300.00. For an oil change and for them to "diagnose" we needed shocks on the front and shocks and coils on back. The strange thing is that last year they video the under side of the car and said it looked new. So in a year a garaged all it life car had rusted out. The other problem our service man retired. I think this new service man thought they could get us and get $3500.00 out the us. Never will we return. They just lost a 30 year customer who bought 4 cars from them.

Horrible horrible service ! Took my car in cause the engine light came on . They told me the Evap canister and n80 valve went out . They cleared the codes and sent me on my way and the engine light came back on . Took the car back and told them it was back on and Ali Jabbar said “it’s fine to drive just bring it back tomorrow “ …..on my way back the next morning the PCV valve failed and blew out the timing seals and now they are saying the plastic oil pan is bad all because they sent me home . But who’s responsible for the damages ? Me ! They are taking no ownership of their misdiagnosis and sending me home . Had they kept the car I wouldn’t be replacing seals and oil pans but they don’t care . I would never recommend anyone buy or take your car here ever ! Pic attached my car covered in oil cause it blew oil out on the freeway because of their mistake they will not own up too . Zero star for customer service

I decided to buy this 2017 A4 on my second visit. After we agreed on the price, I paid the deposit. I asked their finance how long it would take to make up the payment and he told me within a month, they didn't state in the contract when it would take to make up the full payment. I also attached $200 for them to make up the stone scratches around the car for me. Three or four days later, they called me with an extremely bad attitude and told me to pay the full amount today, if you don't, the car is no longer yours, and insisted that they told me to pay the full amount within this month, especially their general manager, who hung up in the middle of our call. When I went to make up the full payment, I said I should check the car before I pay. Some stone scratches on the front of the car were not completely repaired, and their salesman insisted that they only let them repair the right front of the car, which still have scratches on it. The right rear of the car showed signs of having been repaired after the collision. Their salesman stood by and insisted that the marks were there before, but it wasn't there when I checked car for the first time. I guessed that after I paid the deposit, someone else came to test drive the car or their salesman accidentally hit it while driving so he called me in such a hurry to make up the full payment. I had no choice but to make up the full amount because I didn't want to lose the deposit. Please be sure to read the contract when you buy a car from this store, especially if you are a foreigner, and don't talk business with their general manager, he is very rude. Please take a video of the car if you decide to buy it, or they might damage the car and not admit it. The spare carpet is also gone.

I bought a Porsche Panamera from MAG Porsche after viewing photos and a video they produced. After the car was delivered to CA, I immediately noticed it had damage to the rear bumper and spoiler. I immediately contacted them and was told by the finance mgr. they should have told me about the damage since it wasn't visible from the video and CARFAX reported no accidents. They then gave me the run-around for over two weeks only to finally be told they would not repair the damage or offer any compensation since the damage was factored into the price! What??? Not by me, as I didn't know about it and wouldn't have purchased the car if I did. MAG turned what should have been a great experience into an extremely disappointing and costly one. Over $2000 for repairs I had to pay. They also understated the car's mileage by over 200 miles, delivered the car on empty and gave me a broken key fob. I contacted the Better Business Bureau however, I doubt this dealership will respond given the extremely poor manner in which I've been treated by John Viel and MAG throughout this process. Super shady. Buyer beware.

Billy & Sam were thee absolute best when it came to purchasing my new vehicle. From their service, to their communication, and even to the deal they gave me - I couldn't be happier! My expectations started high going into MAG since they are a luxury dealership, but the experience I received was far superior to anything I could've imagined. Not only were they able to source a vehicle for me (in 2 months) that other local dealerships were quoting a 12-18 month turn-time on due to the exclusivity of the car, but they did it professionally with the highest level of care and attention to detail based on my personal goals & desires. They went above & beyond many times throughout the process and I am extremely grateful for their effort, time, and commitment in assisting me with this purchase. Even after the purchase, they continued to help me achieve my vision for the vehicle with an unlimited amount of connections for aftermarket desires (PPF wraps, rims, wheels, etc.). They even scheduled the aftermarket services for me and transported the vehicle for these services! Just an incredible experience all around - I can't put it into words. We will never purchase another car from anywhere other than MAG and I will recommend them to everyone we know in the luxury car market! Thanks again for everything, gentlemen!

In the service department, Bobby Cundiff never fails to deliver expert advise and quick/clear communication. He works tirelessly to provide an exceptional all-around customer experience.In the parts department, I absolutely appreciate the attention to detail and focus on the value of customer time. I recently ordered windshield wipers over the phone, and when I arrived to pick them up, they were ready for me at the counter with invoice already prepared. Card swipe, sign, and go.

Finally was able to purchase my luxury car! Obtained an amazing deal on a CPO Audi Q5. In addition, I did invest with the add ons as this will be the car that I shall retire with. The service received was excellent and would recommend this dealership.

The worst communication with a dealership I have ever experienced. Originally diagnosed my vehicle with a dozer valve issue. $1200 estimate. The part arrives, they fix it, re-run the diagnostics on it and go to see if the code clears and after I call back for again, I am told and I quote "well we knew there was a thermostat code on the original diagnostic, but thought the dozer valve would clear it." NO disclosure AT ALL on the thermostat issue the first time around. Last week I was told another $700 to fix the thermostat. It is a week later and still no vehicle, 2 weeks in total. No offer of a loaner car, no communication, constant excuses and quite honestly I will NEVER refer any business to this dealership and I have many friends and co-workers that drive ****** Should have listened to my dealership friend and went to *****.

I can’t imagine a better place to purchase a car. The customer service is second to none. I had been looking for a Porsche Cayenne for a while, with no luck finding exactly what I wanted anywhere close to home. I expanded my online search and found the one. A phone call and a few emails later the Porsche was just waiting for me to make the trip to the dealership, sign the forms forms, and drive it home. After a 13 hour overnight road-trip on a greyhound bus Shawn Sheppard picked us up and brought me to my Porsche. Knowing that we were probably hungry and tired Shawn had breakfast and an energy drink waiting for each of us. Through the entire process we were not rushed. We toured the facility, looked at a few dream cars, walked through the service area and went over all the features of my Porsche before signing the papers and taking ownership. Midwestern Auto Group, MAG Porsche, Shawn Sheppard and Rich Allen followed through on every promise they made. Shawn has called a couple times to see how my Porsche was doing and to see if I had any questions. He even called me on my birthday just to say hello and congratulate me. I have purchased many vehicles in my life and never had a dealership make me feel as if I were family. Thank you Midwestern Auto Group, And Shawn for guiding me though the purchase of my first Porsche. I look forward to the next one.

Over priced service. I don't recommend this place at all. You should go to Kelly if you want to buy a BMW.
