I've had some really good LPN's at this MinuteClinic, but the way I got treated on Tuesday, I will never return in fears that I will get this same exact LPN again. I went in because I believed I had a sinus infection (I was correct). I went through all my symptoms with the nurse and the nurse immediately got concerned because my blood pressure was 140/90. I have high blood pressure, it's being monitored, I'm on medication and that really wasn't that high for me and I proceed to tell her that. ALL SHE COULD FOCUS ON WAS MY BLOOD PRESSURE, I was NOT there for that!! She asks me what medicines I am taking and I say DayQuil and NyQuil and she says to immediately stop taking them because I'm gonna stroke out and end up in the hospital and that the reason why I pretty much don't feel good is because I have high blood pressure, who says that?! Because last time I checked high blood pressure doesn't give you sinus infection symptoms! She writes on my paper I have a upper respiratory infection (should've been given antibiotics) but then tells me I just have a virus and there is literally nothing she can do for me or give me because I have high blood pressure which is a complete crock. She tells me to buy some nasal spray and pretty much shoved me out the door. There was a huge line of people waiting to be seen and I'm assuming she pretty much just didn't want to deal with me and didn't want to deal with writing me a prescription. After days of not feeling well after I finally go to a urgent care in my city and they tell me it is in fact a sinus infection and I needed antibiotics. All this could've been avoided if this LPN wouldn't of just wanted to get me out of there and get to the next patient and be so darn focused on my blood pressure WHICH IS MONITORED AND MEDICATED! I would definitely recommend visiting an actual urgent care or your family doctor before coming here for any kind of treatment.

Minute Clinic should do more work with their lab partners so customers get an ETA for test results. Moreover, it takes working through the convoluted machine answering system to reach a live person. Their lackadaisical approach to customer service is why they are getting one star. Avoid this company if you can.

I was Seen within 10 minutes of my arrival. Staff was very pleasant and efficient. Facility was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this place. Nurse practitioner Colleen was very nice and knew her stuff. They even recommended a nearby pharmacy that was open late enough for me to get my prescription the same night.

Family of 4 all went in together to get our flu shots. My 6 year old has a preferred name that is different from her legal name and she sometimes gets upset if she hears her old name used. The CVS computer system did not have a way to enter the preferred name, but while we were waiting, I asked the lady at the desk if she could tell the provider that my daughter uses a different name. She did, and everything went very smoothly. The provider used my daughter’s preferred name perfectly and made the whole family very comfortable. We had about a 20 minute wait and it was a very positive experience.

I was disappointed about this. I set up an appointment two days prior. I went in 15 minutes early, and there was a construction going on. The kiosk was down as they unplugged it. I went up to the pharmacy front desk to tell them I was trying to check in. The lady told me to check in the kiosk. But there was no one behind the wall at the clinic, only construction guys. I went back to the desk again and approached another staff. She said the same thing to me to check in the kiosk. The kiosk was unplugged. What am I supposed to do? I left and went to another pharmacy.

Had an appointment today at 5:10, its 6:30 and I've not been called back. Sat in the car as the instructions stated for an hour with a 2 year old. Please update your systems to notify patients of issues.

Horrible management and experience here... We waited for over an hour when our scheduled wait time was 15 mins. There were no other patients, the doctor was in. What could they possibly doing there without a patient? It was at 4 pm so it’s not lunch time either.. AVOID...... Urgent care is better...

This place is worthless. We have been here multiple times for our family over the past year, mostly when we had strep. They run some quick test that they say is 95% accurate but it has been negative every time that we've gone and they always call the next day when the lab test comes back positive.
