“I highly recommend Nate! He made himself available for any questions and throughly explained every step of the process. If you're looking for a dedicated and knowledgable lender, reach out to Nate!”
“We had a fantastic experience working with Joel Swaney throughout our mortgage process. He was incredibly prepared from day one, helping us get everything lined up early so we could move quickly when the right home came along and clearly understand what we could afford. That level of organization gave us a lot of confidence in a fast-moving market.
What really set Joel apart was the extra time he took to create personalized videos explaining the key documents, how the numbers were calculated, and what could change before closing. He was transparent about the rate environment and worked closely with us to lock at the right time. While we don’t plan to move again anytime soon, we will absolutely work with Joel on any future refinance opportunities.”
“Zach was so helpful in our search for a home. He was timely, knowledgeable with his responses, responding during late evenings and weekends, to ensure we could find and buy the home of our dreams. Thank you for everything, Zach! Highly recommend.”
“Could not recommend Tom Christy enough. As a realtor I always tell my clients to get a minimum of two quotes for the biggest investment they will ever make. As one of my recommendations he tends to win my clients over. He is thoughtful, considerate, listens and over explains fees and his process to my clients and they love him for it!”
“Adam and luke are the best in the business ! Can't recommend them enough from the time we started this journey right to the end great communication every step. Thank you guys so much !!!!”

“Our realtor said after closing that this was her first time in 6 years where a buyer brought their own lender for funding and didn't go with someone she works with, that closed on time with no funding issues or headaches. That about sums up my experience with Equitable Mortgage.
I called Rich unhappy with the lack of attention from a local credit union. Adam and Rich excel at communication and doing what you expect from a lender when you're under a contract, and that's to close on time without funding delays.
You call, text, or email and you get a response quickly. No sending an email and wondering 3 days later if anyone even works there or if they all went on vacation.
It could not have been any better working with them, if we buy another house in the future we will use Equitable Mortgage.
Also which lender, bank, etc in Columbus has 1,200 reviews with 5 stars? That alone is pretty insane. Speaks to their commitment to work ethic.”
