I've been a member (and many of my coworkers from Grant/Riverside) for almost 20 years. They have never failed me. In fact, twice they assisted me quickly & protected my accounts from hacking fraud (whch they have to lock up your account temporarily). I made a mistake on my account around Christmas years ago; they forgave me & removed the charges. They have been personal, friendly & kind- always! In fact, about 2-3 years ago, I mentioned to staff member that I thought a fraud amount was never returned to my account.This person emailed the computer tech who handles this & the funds were returned within a week. We all make mistakes. No one is perfect. Try receiving service like OHCFCU offers from Huntington bank where I was passed on through 10 people with no solution! I also was approved for a large amount of loan money due to the destruction of my rental & in three hours the money was in my account! AGAIN- try that at the large institutional banks. And many of those are closed on Saturday or are open the same hours as the credit union. Thank you OHCFCU for all the years of awesome financial care of my money!

Paid off a loan here. A month later, the payment was taken out of my account again, kicking that account into overdraft. When someone was contacted, it was MY fault that I didn't tell them that I didn't want them to continue taking a payment out. For a paid off loan. My fault. They then can't refund the money digitally like they took it out, but can send a cheque or cash in person. This is the most rinky-dink operation I've ever dealt with. The managers lie and spin and deflect blame. So, I'm on the hook for the overdraft fees because of their ineptitude, because I was somehow responsible to tell them to stop taking out payments for a non existent account. Stay far away from this abortion of a financial institution, nothing but grief.

Honestly upset with my experience today i deposited money and my deposit was short $100. I thought the bank doesn't make mistakes. Ohio Healthcare FCU does Im going to have them look into my account because my deposit came out $100 less than i had. It wasn't until i got home and realized they only credited my account $500 not $600, Im going to dispute this monday but doubt it will get fixed.

Customer service lacking. No one to help when I walked into the office. They were all out side ignoring anyone who walked in. Waited for a while Then decided to leave. As I was leaving saw them all walk in ?

If you could give negative stars I would. I have direct deposit you would think my money would be in my account as late as the next day its posted not on Saturday an thats BS get with the program OHCU this is extremely frustrating and inconvent

I've been a member of this bank for 20 years. I've only had one problem in that time, and it was handled with thought and a personal touch. This CU really takes care of it's members, even poor ones with no money like myself. I will probably never use another bank.

Been with them a long time, but only having 2 branches with very short hours is always super inconvenient. Getting a new ATM card takes at least 10 days. Would not recommend this bank. Only reason I haven't left is the pain of switching banks.

I just rejoin the credit union thinking this time the service would be better. "Its not." It so hard to get a representative on the phone, once you get a representative she's not very knowledgeable in addressing issues. The respresentative directed me to go to the branch office. Not Good :( I do better to go to a bank, however, this credit union has dropped the ball in customer service. Its sad :(
