Absolute scam.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Palm Beach Tan on Sawmill Rd. I purchased three sunless tans within the past year and was never informed at the time of purchase that these services would expire. There was no verbal disclosure, no written notice, and no communication afterward indicating any expiration policy.
When I went in today to redeem a service I had already paid for, I was told that corporate has taken over the store and that I can no longer receive the sunless tans I purchased. I received no notice whatsoever about this change, no warning that my paid services would be impacted, and no opportunity to use them before they were suddenly deemed invalid.
At no point did I agree to an expiration on these sunless tans, nor was I contacted when corporate took over to explain changes to policies or customer purchases. Refusing to honor prepaid services without prior disclosure or communication is unacceptable and feels unethical.
I paid for a service in good faith and was denied that service with no accountability. This is not how loyal customers should be treated, and I would strongly caution others to get everything in writing before purchasing

I love going there. Everybody is very friendly and it’s a very welcoming environment today. I went spray tanning and I was told they don’t do them anymore, but they need to bring them back.

Elizabeth is amazing and so knowledgeable! She spent time giving records on different lotions and helped me find the best option for my needs. Highly recommend Palm Beach Tan!!
