The website showed Tuttle Crossing mall for the location. So I found a place to park, went into the mall. They are not located within the mall anymore. So I was half an hour late for the appointment. I did not like the fact that they gave you no choice of not to have your eyes dilated or a up charge instead of getting your eyes dilated to have a“picture of your eyes. The only good thing about that was that they was able to charge me $29 more than what my co-pay if I had not used my deductible yet.

Dr Bell is absolutely the best optometrist I have ever had. She explains everything and is kind. She's the only doctor who could ever fit me with bifocal contacts.

This store has frames at exhobirant prices. For example a Ray ban frame is $210 and Pearl vision is selling it at $280 and other brands at high price. All frames are high priced. Not going to this store again. Not recommending. After this company was taken over they increased the prices.

This was a routine exam and choosing new glasses. I was impressed with the equipment used for the exam, the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. I could not have asked for more.

Horrible customer service..They need to update the address!!!!!! Rude to their customers for being late. Maybe if they would update their damn address on google we would be ON TIME! Also HIRE PEOPLE that want to work! People that have straight attitude will get KNOCKED OUT!

Excellent service from the moment I walked in the door. It was my first visit and unsure if I would ever be able to wear contacts. I walked out with a trial pkg and I’m thrilled with the result. Husband has an appt. Next week. It’s our new “go to” for vision care!

Doctor was great and highly recommend.
Office staff - eh. Their Hours however suck. No Friday hours, and the website said 6:00pm but after fighting rush hour traffic to find they’ve changed their posted hours but haven’t updated their website was very disappointing.

Perfect service! I lost a contact at work, went in and spoke to Arrisisia. She was able to confirm my prescription and give me a trial lens so that I could get back to work without being half blind! Will absolutely be returning to this location!
