One of the worst ways to run a business. Have been talking to this dealer about a truck. Had all my financing lined up with my credit you and even a letter of credit! I live over 3 hours away and can’t just jump and be there.. I was in the car business for 7 years. If you provide a buyers order, and the customer has the letter of credit and is offering to give you $3,000 down to hold it. You do so. That’s customer service. But no I was told this morning that sorry the car just sold. Unprofessional!! Very very unhappy and will definitely let everyone that I know to not go here and buy anything.

I bought a 2010 Ford f-150 from this company I paid 13,000 four months later I sold the truck back to them and they offered me 6500 I feel ripped off but the sales people are good people.

I got a 2012 mazda 3 with 34000 miles on it from there drive Direct lot I took the car to a shop right next to my house to find out it needed brake pads and rotors all the way around and both front calipers needed replaced and it needed all new tires tried going back to drive Direct for help but was told no they would not even reimburse me after I paid over $2000 in the repairs that I was told it did not need

I walked here tight after a long shift at work- hoping to find a deal. My job is at least an hour's walk away mind you, and when I arrived I find that the place is closed! Update your hours you sorry sods!!

This car company was not very helpful in buying a car from being out of state. Then the car that I was to pickup was sold from underneath me. Not a personal relationship with customers. So I am sure if you are buying for a payment their great, but to create a loyal customer, not so great.

I bought a BMW from these guys 2 months ago and already the engine died. This I believe they already knew would happen because the diagnostic videos show smoke coming from under the hood as well as the mechanic never hooked the car up to a diagnostic machine proving no pre-existing issues. He says in the video it’s an oil spill, but what mechanic would precede to do a diagnostic video while there’s smoke coming from the engine area, rather than wait for the smoke to clear before recording. I’ve called and asked that they give me all of the paperwork I signed, which they never gave copies of to begin with and they are refusing to release the papers that I signed to me. They keep stalling me for some reason, saying that the paperwork isn’t scanned into the system yet. This is clearly a scam and I suspect fraud!!!!!
