If I could give zero stars I would. I just picked up my dog from the emergency vet because something happened during her grooming appointment. She broke a toenail and no one at PetSmart seems to know what happened. I got a call saying that she was bleeding a lot. When asked if I could pick her up and take her myself, they urged me not to. I’m assuming the young groomer drove her in their own car, which doesn’t make me feel comfortable. Thankfully, they paid the $400 bill. I will NEVER take my dog back. She is in pain and will probably have to work up her courage to be groomed safely through training AGAIN as this was not her first traumatic experience.

Walked in today at 2:30pm hoping to get my dogs nails trimmed. Three people standing there not doing a thing let me know that they were actually just about to close and turned me away. Apparently due to lack of business? So your business is slow and you turn away paying customers? Makes sense!

3 out of the last 5 times I've scheduled a grooming visit I've received an email saying that my dogs appointment was cancelled without a reason. Absolutely terrible customer service.

Worst service ever. My dog was a nervous wreck. I was trying to sign in simply asked while I was looking for an email to get my dogs rabies proof of, and I was told that she couldn’t hold my dog until I got the proof of.. I’m sorry, but I don’t think that you can catch rabies from holding a leash of a dog. Then they copped an attitude and asked me to leave first time in 56 years I’ve been asked to leave an establishment…. unbelievable Petsmart on sawmill Road. Thanks for being so great to my dog. Good job. You are awful. I highly recommend going to Mutts & Company on Sawmill rd and asking for Savannah or Julie! They saved the day and were so kind.

The fish staff would not let me buy a $3.00 fish because they did not think the two gallon tank in our house was big enough for the exact same fish we had for four years. She told my young daughter that the fish we had was probably not happy. That's just what a little girl wanted to hear right after her fish died.
She then told us she would be "OK with" selling us some bait fish. These tanks were wildly overcrowded with many dead fish floating on top and all over the bottom. Yet our two gallon tank that was clean and worked for years was not good enough.
Quite pretentious...

This petsmart doesn't allow the shotvet popup to come inside because of they're negligent and schedule training classes the same day. Forcing a whole line of pets to wait outside in 92 degree weather. I thought my cat was going to get heatstroke. Shotvet told me all other petsmart locations let them inside except this one- I literally had to go across a whole parking lot to the target parking lot. So when I reserved a spot to get shots for my cat at petsmart I guess they meant the hot Target parking lot next door- you cant make this stuff up folks. Actual animal cruelty

I went in to get my dog groomed there for the first time and brought vaccination proof for them but was treated like I was stupid or trying to scam them. Then I called back after I left to make sure I had the right paperwork and they cancelled my appointment 2 minutes after it was scheduled because I left to be the correct paperwork. When I called back I was put on hold for about 5 minutes back and forth between the store employees and the grooming employees. By the time I finally got an answer on my appointment (which was cancelled at this point) I was already back in their parking lot. 2 minutes after my appointment was to start. The disrespect I received on the phone was crazy. When I brought up how disrespectfully I was treated I was responded with an a-gasped “excuse me?” Then when I tried to explain why I felt disrespected I was hung up on. Unprofessional.

I boarded my two cats here and it was horrible. They assured me they had the credentials to administer medication and care for a sick cat, however they did not. They failed to give her medication and never called to alert me that she was doing poorly. When I picked her up she was soaked in food and pee, and I’ve never had issues of her getting food on her body or peeing on herself. I can only imagine what they put her through. Her left pupil is also enlarged and she hasn’t been able to eat since and is rapidly declining as a result of the stress and lack of necessary medication. I’m not sure why they didn’t call to tell me they couldn’t administer meds or of her condition so I could pick her up. I would never leave a beloved pet with them.

Booked an appointment for grooming for 3pm today. Went in at 3pm and the person was very unhappy to see me or my dog. Said I need to call the store directly to book appointments not their number the website has. Told me to go somewhere else.

Very horrible experience, this was the third time my Shih tzu had gotten a cut at this location and in the previous ones everything had been very good, even when she was extremely matted…I don't know what happened this time. I usually schedule her with her usual groomer because she trusts her but this time another person received us and was extremely rude. After leaving, they called me and informed me that they were not going to finish cutting, because the dog was aggressive and wouldn't let them finish, which I understood and went and picked her up; however, when I arrived I almost cried seeing how they handed her to me. I didn’t complain and simply paid and left, but not even a street dog looks like that. My dogs skin is hurt (super pink), it even had blood on one of her ears, they cut her fur super close to the skin, her skin is irritated and super badly cut, they literally shaved it and it was not necessary, especially because I told them how we had been working on growing her fur out. The worst part is that now my dog is traumatized, she won't even let me hold her, she shakes all day and is very very sad, I don't know what they did to her and I'm sure that it wasn't Kota who performed the service on her, because my dog trusts her and something like this has never happened before.
