DO NOT TRUST THEM. THEY LIE AND HAVE NO ACCOUNTABILITY. I was told a procedure was in network (covered 80%) only to have them deny it afterwards and pay nothing because of an error in THEIR data.

This company is an absolute nightmare joke to work for. The companies that use them for services hate them so much. Don’t believe the planted 5 stars. 2 year employee.
