Came here for bloodwork and had a great experience. Jody did my blood draw and was very cheerful. She performed the needle stick like a pro, very little pain. Will definitely be coming back for all future bloodwork as I do them regularly. Thanks Jody!

I arrived for a quest bood draw at 715 am at Dublin Methodist Hospital. I had to check in at a computer terminal- no one staffed the check in desk. After waiting an hour I got very thirsty (I was fasting for the draw) There was a water dispenser but no cups. Finally a lady came out of the office and when I questioned her about lack of service she they were short staffed and I should have made an appointment as they take all appointments first and will deal with walkins if time allows. No prior notice was given . When I called Quest they apologized and said someone would call me- no one did. Terrible service - don’t go there!

I made an appointment and texted when I arrived outside, they text you back to come and have a seat and that someone will be right with you. I saw my name on the screen on the wall - easiest check in ever! I was called back within 5 minutes and had the best experience ever considering it was a blood draw and needles scare me! Michelle found my vein (which is really hard according to multiple medical professionals) and it was quick and painless - Michelle ROCKS!! Thank you!

This is only my second time ever coming to this location. My first time went well. Yesterday I had a lady she has black hair I don't recall her name but all she did was complain about a migraine and throwing up and talking about how bad she felt but yet she wasn't wearing a mask and she kept saying how horrible she felt but she wasn't sick. If you're sick and you work in the medical field you should stay at home at the very least put on one of those masks that you had out in your lobby. I better not get sick how disgusting.

My partner had a scheduled blood draw. No information was taken other then insurance and basic information. Once she got there she was informed she couldn’t get a blood draw without primary care consent, but they would be more then happy to do it for 150$. She called me and asked if the 150$ out of pocket fee seemed reasonable, whatever it is what it is. She walked back in 6 MINS AFTER SHE HAD LEFT which mind you was only 6 minutes after her scheduled appointment time and they told her “We can no longer service you because it is too close to closing time” 6 minutes… it took longer for her to be even helped by the receptionist when she first got there then it took to call me and go back inside. Also stated in a review posted very recently the receptionist was being very nasty and rude. Don’t schedule at this location. We have had no problems at other locations but this one seems to be particularly bad.

Unprofessional. My husband had to take time off work so he can make it to the lab to take a container for stool sample . He was there 10 min before closing as one employe was leaving and the other one refused to look up the order and give him the container . I was on speaker phone and she was arguing with him telling him for al the paperwork she had to do for other labs and could not give him the container. So, disappointed from this service. I understand they were closing but if you are not willing to service a customer lock the door at 4:20pm.

I pre-scheduled my Quest visit at the Dublin location on Bradenton, walked in and was called immediately. The staff was friendly and made me feel comfortable.

The staff was wonderful and were REALLY good at what they do. Could not have been a more pleasant experience.

I went in and there’s no person to help check you in and their kiosk screen wasn’t working at all no matter how hard I pressed. Pressed help button and no one showed up to help me… not really understanding the point of a kiosk and no receptionist if it doesn’t work.

Appallingly unconcerned with patients. A phone system tells a lot about customer service. When the phone is designed to keep people from getting to speak to someone who can help them or getting real information to assist--particularly those who are sick enough to need these diagnostics, it's not only an indicator of poor business practice but a lack of compassion.

It is problematic that Quest Diagnostic's techs are very unprofessional and that the facility does not provide a way to confirm whether or not they received your lab orders prior to arrival. The phone line to the Bradenton Ave location in Dublin will not connect you to a live person to confirm. The phone message does state if you are physically at the office and ready to have lab work performed but the order is not found in their system, a Quest employee will contact your doctor's office. However, that is an untrue statement. For one, there are no dedicated open phone line's to a person's doctor's office to immediately expedite an order and two, the tech with a super bad attitude told me to contact the doctor's office myself and left the room and never came back. Apparently, she decided it would be a good time to take a personal phone call as I could see and hear her conversation. After 10 minutes I left and so glad I did. I have used Quest before without incident but I will not be using them again and I am sorry if other people do not have another option based on what their insurance carrier covers - - hopefully they get a professional, proficient and kinder person who wants to do their job.

We visited Quest Lab today for a test, where we encountered Stephanie, a nurse practitioner, who behaved as if she were a doctor. Unfortunately, her demeanor and communication style lacked professionalism and respect, displaying a lack of manners. We were displeased with her treatment of us and suggest that individuals with such behavior should not be employed to interact with patients.

The lady named stephanie needs to undergo training on how to treat customers
rude behaviour all the way and she seemed completely uninterested with her job.

If there was a negative star, I would give it a negative and a negative again. The lady with piercings all over her face needs a lot of training. She is inpatient, and all she cares about is her lunch time. Mind you they have appointments for a reason. She was telling me that I should’ve scheduled my appointment at 8 am instead of 10 only because she wants to be able to take her lunch at 12. If that’s the case then they shouldn’t have open appointments from 10 to 1 then. I will never go back to that place. I’m pregnant and was fasting for this test and she still ddnt make the effort to get the order. She lied talking about she never got it.
