Erica Carroll. You know how the check in machine works. You work there! Be patient with older folks that might not. Your video playing in lobby shows you taking ID in room not at machine.And I offered my space to another older woman waiting ahead of me to which you said “I don’t have time to stand here”That conversation took 5 seconds. I think you had 5 seconds not to be rude and disrespectfulI will choose a different Quest in the futurePatients in the door is job security. Be nice. It’s not that hard

Was 10 minutes late because of a wreck on 270 and was informed I got kicked out of the system and they were closing soon so no luck. Small business tip here( help people get what they need even if it’s not always easy). No need to worry about ever seeing my burly face again I’ll never come back.

I normally love Quest but this location sucks. My dr. ordered Covid testing so we could rule it out (I just had a sinus infection) and she yelled at me for not wearing a mask… yet had none to offer in the lobby of which I would have worn. I already didn’t feel good, and she then told me “she doesn’t even know why we do these tests” because all her patients are at risk. Trust me I know. I felt bad. But no need to kick me when I’m down. I am not returning to this location for future labs/tests.

Quest Diagnostics is garbage. You don't need my ID for wellness program blood draw. I'm not being drug tested or trying to get a job. They just kicked me out of their office for forgetting my ID after I drove a half hour to Dublin to get there, have an appointment code & everything.

When I walked in and saw the lobby filled with people, I did not have any expectations for a quick appointment. If you have booked an appointment online in advance, they prioritize you in front of the walk-ins. Because of this, I was done and out of there quickly. The tech was very friendly and made it painless.

Robyn, the older woman with blonde hair, was yelling, screaming, and just in general rude. I was there 45mins early for a scheduled appointment because I needed to pick up my kids from camp. I waited until EVERYONE else in the lobby had been called back and then asked if I could be seen next due to the early kids camp pickup. "It doesn't pay to be here early. Show up at your appointment time." "Maam - I tried to change my appointment and the system wouldn't let me." Robyn screamed "I can't take you ahead of all of these other people!" (Mind you when we started the conversation I was the only one there and she could have had my blood drawn already instead of arguing with me) "ok, thank you, have a great day." At that she threw her hands up in the air "are you hearing this? Is everyone hearing this?" "Thank you have a great day." Then 15 minutes later she came back out and called my name. When I stood up she said "oh great- you!" Mind you this was AFTER my appointment time and I was literally the only person there. "I would prefer if someone else draw my blood" "Fine- but you'll wait another 30 mins" (panics as I think of my children waiting). "Ok- let's do this" "NO- I'm not servicing you! You can't come here and act like this! No one is servicing you today!" My husband had to go in and talk to her and then they agreed to see me. When I informed her I am also a phlebotomist she freaked out and suddenly started acting just a little professionally - especially when she saw the stat test that was ordered for me. They still refused to bill my providers account and ran my insurance. This woman has no business being in any medical field. She needs to work far away from other people. Her co-workers were mortified and refused to even talk to her and the other girl sweetly drew my labs and apologized quietly for her. Worst medical experience ever and quite honestly thats saying something. Do NOT go to this lab.

Out of 4 visits to this location only one was acceptable. The other 3 were completely unethical and I had interactions with terrible, unprofessional staff. I asked to use the restroom before bloodwork and the phlebotomist told me no because it would cut into her lunch break. I arrived without an appt to see if I could be on stand by today. They removed my name without telling me from the list. Refusing to let me wait and see if I could be seen. They are unethical, unprofessional and you can hear all employee conversations from the waiting room causing HIPAA violations often. I would like a response from cooperate on how they will resolve these issues.

Had a confirmed appointment for 12:10. Showed up to find the office was closed. Was told I could have checked the online scheduler and known that they were closed. Received a notice of appointment cancellation at 12:16, after I called regarding my appointment.Absolute garbage.

Staff were cursing, rude and overall had poor attitudes - including Robin asking me at one point if she was annoying me because I wasn't laughing along at a random complaint she had about FedEx. Didn't even do any of the testing done I went there for, they told me to come back another week.I work 8-5 (their hours are 8-4:30) and took time off to come and do this testing, which is now still not done.Pretty disappointed and frankly I'd rather just not have testing done at all at this point. Someone needs to fire Robin, there have to be nicer people in the area looking for work who would be happy to be employed in her place.
