I needed living room rug, we found this place online went there and were very impressed & pleased with costumer service and our purchase, everything was done very fast , professional!!!!! We will definitely be back! These rugs are beautiful and made of good material. They are less expensive than where I was looking online. My kids followed me in screaming and playing on the rug piles, the gentleman working there was so polite and understanding. I was very pleased and impressed. So happy I found this place.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Rug Gallery Collection and am so happy with my purchase. Both Mr.Erenay and Mr.Mutlu were extremely patient, kind, and knowledgeable through the whole process. I was only in town for a short time and they were recommended to me through a friend who has purchased rugs from them before. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is considering oriental and contemporary carpets.

You can choose to spend a ridiculous amount of money on rugs that are originally bought for $50 or listen to this review and drive far away from this place. The store engages in extreme price anchoring and some rugs don't have a listed price so the owner can manipulate and discriminate against you, i.e. I went in to find a rug for my living room and I asked the owner how much a rug was and they said, "$400." So I asked about more rugs and then asked him what the price of that same rug was afterwards and he said, "$500, but you are the first customer of the day so I can sell it to you for $400." I knew it was an immediate scam so I said, "Can you do $375?" and then he basically kicked me out, lol. You aren't slick!

I had been looking for a new rug for my dining area and wasn't haven't any luck until I stopped here at the Rug Gallery. They had a big selection of rugs and great customer service. I felt their prices were reasonable as well. I highly recommend this store!
