My family grabs food at the north market frequently. Have tried Saddleberk several times. Chicken sandwich and meatball sub both good, wings a little too big for my taste. A couple days ago (March 15th) tried the Reuben for the first time and it was terrible. Very tough single slice of corned beef except for the big fatty bites. Basically pull the entire piece of meat off the bread as I tried to chew through it. I wouldn’t advise ordering it, but if you do ask for a knife and fork, better yet go to Cap City and get a better Reuben at a better price!

It's been 11 years since my favorite local sandwich shop closed in Westerville. I've been struggling to find a place that could come remotely close to what it offered, but I finally found it with Saddleberk! The Italian Sub was so fresh and so well constructed, I couldn't imagine a better tasting sandwich. I could go on and on about how delicious this sandwich was, but you might as well try it for yourself! I'll definitely be back!

Absolutely amazing food! Very fresh considering it's actually a butcher shop. Fresh me to sold here as well to take home. Out of the 12 places to eat I'll probably always eat here.

Our first time at North Market Bridge Park and we all decided we probably wouldn't return. We tried 3 different place and this review is only of Saddleberk. I ordered the chicken sandwich and paid $4 extra for fries - was around $20 with a soda. My opinion is that it was extremely overpriced. The chicken sandwich wasn't terrible, but it definitely wasn't the best one I've ever had. The piece of chicken was so small it barely covered the bun and was slightly over cooked as many pieces of the batter were burnt and I had to pick them off. The sauce on the sandwich was very good, but not sure that justifies it being $14. The $4 extra fries were literally 8 waffle fries in a basket. None of the employees seemed happy to be there. I stood in front of the register for nearly 2 mins while they were talking amongst themselves and didn't bother even acknowledging me.

I tried this place out twice now from a recommendation I got from another vendor at the Dublin North Market. The first time I got the burger without any lettuce or tomato or anything. I thought it was really good and particularly enjoyed the special sauce. The patty could have been a bit bigger because I got some bites of just bun and sauce. The second time I tried the chicken sandwich and this is the winner hands down. So crispy and delicious. However they put ranch on top and bottom which for me was a bit too much. The best thing here is the fries which are waffle and battered. I do want to mention that I think charging $4 to go from chips to fries is pretty steep, I think $2 is more fair but that's just me. This is my favorite of the stalls at the market as of now!

As someone who is always on the quest for good fries, I had to check this place out once I got word of how good they are. I'm a sucker for a battered fry, a seasoned fry, and a crinkle cut fry individually. Saddleberk has taken the best of all three worlds and created possibly the best fry ever. They are crispy and light with a really good seasoning. The basket I got also came with their ranch which is amazing. I didn't try any of the other foods, but I've heard good things about their chicken sandwich and burger. I'll be back to try the rest of the menu. Side Note: They also have a side of fries which I didn't see and panic ordered the basket, but it was a happy accident.

Horrible smash burgers. It’s basically the thinnest piece of beef fried so hard it taste like dried beef.

I love this shop inside the North Market Dublin. They have a huge selection of meats, the booth is well organized, and the staff is really friendly.
