I’m really annoyed that I have to write this at all but I’m gonna be honest I’ll never come back to this Sally’s. The lady working the register is annoying and followed me around the store and literally repeatedly brought up a sale going on that I didn’t want to participate in it felt like I was being harrassed and then she just continued to take forever in checking me out by asking me if I wanted to buy other products and continued to try to educate me over stuff I not only already know but very obviously didn’t want to hear about. Someone who cant pick up on any social ques or when to drop a push for a sale PUSHES away business. I’m in sales. Know your audience.

I’ve been to this store twice just looking for general hair items because it was closest to me. I will never go there again. Both times I went no one acknowledges you by saying hello, welcome, or anything. I walked in and the Sales person looked at me like I didn’t belong in the store and kept on having her conversation. It wasn’t until After looking in the store for 5 min that I was acknowledged. Both times I’ve went I got the feeling like they profile certain customers and will make you feel unwelcome. Will never go back there, they don’t carry anything of quality anyway and their prices are too high.

I felt profiled at this store. I came in to return dye products that I didn’t want anymore. In the same bag from purchase and receipt with free coupon and free sample product inside. All items reflected in receipt I wanted to return. The sales woman asked for the receipt. I stated nothing in the bag was touched by me. She Curtly responded “these were bought from Lewis Center” I said yes, but I’m in this area so wanted to return. She then asked what number the account is under. I’ve given her the receipt so a simple scan would’ve done the trick. She then asked again if any items were open. I stated no. She then looked at every product and said we don’t carry certain items. I stated it’s fine I can return there if needed. I’m not sure if this is protocol but historically had never been asked so many questions for a simple return. It’s like she was trying to catch me in a lie.

The prices on the shelves were not correct, and a price match was not offered. I get it isn't Walmart, but dang man.

The very first time I’ve ever shopped in this Sally’s (olds sawmill square 7648 sawmill rd) and not been completely harassed and made to feel extremely uncomfortable.. for once a pleasant shop experience here. Idk his name but it was transaction 9747 on 11/14/2020 at 12:07pm. Thx for being a great help and not harassing customers. ❤️

The employees are super nice and helpful. I wish I would have gotten her name, but the women with pink hair (lol sorry) was so nice and helped me pick out the exact products I needed for my specific situation. So yea, she definitely deserves a raise!
