I was just informed this morning by a sams customer service person that they started an automatic renewal for all members, i told him i did not authorize a renewal and they debited my checking acct 50 dollars, he told me to dispute it with my bank then hung up the phone.

As a Sams Club member there is no place for me to provide feedback. The order # related to my feedback is Order # 10095144252. The survey that you emailed to me had expired (August/September delivery dates). The products that were delivered by a Sams Club driver or whatever serevice you use were O.K. but the items that had to be shipped I was very very disappointed! I plan not to use nor recommend your shipping services again! The reason for the disappointment and poor score: 1 - The raggedy box that was used to ship my items was bigger than my front door. I had to bring it in via the garage door. 2 - The box must have been used many, many times and was falling apart AND It was poorly taped together. And thank goodness none of the packaging around my individual items was broken or I would have had to send them back for sanitary reasons. For the amount of money I spent on that order ($400), I did expect BETTER out of you.

the bakery was so unprofessional it was ridiculous. they tried many times to talk us out of cake design (a design already in their books). they even had us call other stores to see if they'd make it better because they said there was a chance our cake would be "ugly" because the cake designer was "inexperienced ". they also warned that we would possibly get a call from the cake decorator telling us that she didn't want us to do it. we finally got them to take our cake order after 45 minutes of haggling. when we went to pick up the cake that was ordered for our WEDDING, they didn't have it ready and instead of a circle cake they gave us a sheet cake. terrible experience.

05/03/2023 Just an update I went yesterday and normally things go great they really do have a great team there I went to get some fresh sushi because they now have an amazing sushi bar at this location back near the meats. However the employees where no where to be found. So I waited, and while I was waiting, I was approached 4 times as the employee's relized I was not being helped, and they tried to help to the extent they could. I was never ignored. The sushi employees are not employees of sams it is a third party, so they didn't know when they would be back, so I left after 30 minutes, but they tried so hard and always do.01/07/2023 I visit this club all the time. On my recent visit, I had to return a salad that went bad. It was a Sunday evening, and I waited for 1 employee to get through 4 people to make my return it took almost 40 minutes, which I was a little upset about. Generally, the employees are helpful, and it's easy to scan and go. Unlike Costco, you can use an app to scan everything you need and then just show your barcode without waiting in a checkout line and go. It's incredible how fast you can get in and out. If you haven't tried it, you should. Sometimes, they offer special discounts on items that are scan and go too. If you found this review helpful, please mark it as helpful and follow me for more!

Gas- one star Attendants are always trying to help someone bc their card doesn't work in their gas pump. It's frustrating. They send you on the store and the store gives you a number to call. In order to talk with someone to resolve the issue they charge you. What!?! OR they say you need to contact your bank. Funny! I've left and used my bank card right after and it works fine. Same with others I know that have had to deal with this problem. Wish they would fix this. Workers- amazing people who really are helpfulStore- buy in bulk, it's clean, and organized Check out lines- longPharmacy- BEST BEST BEST Love these people! No lines, always have prescriptions ready, they go over and above.

This is like the 30th time I've bought a soda cup and non of their pop is working. and they don't offer your money back or a replacement. I also had to wait in a extremely long line to leave after paying when I only had 1 item. If your looking for a good sams I suggest the Ontario location. Its clean, staffed, and their food/drinks are always available.

First time shopper! I signed up over the weekend and decided to check out shopping at the Sawmill location. This location will be my go to. I also went early and mid week so was not rushed and the store wasn't crowded. Plenty of parking and easy access in and out. The inside of the store is clean and organized. I did find the organization of snacks and candy to be a little scattered but It had no problem walking down every isle checking things out. I downloaded the phone app and it was helpful to find extra deals and to see if they had what I was looking for.

It is approximately 1:00 PM on Saturday, February 27th and I am writing this to share my frustration and request help in resolving the dilemma I find myself in with the Sam's Club Tire Center at 5870 Sawmill Road in Dublin, Ohio. As a retired businessman I had often heard in my career that there are two basic rules of business: Rule 1 - The Customer is always right & Rule 2 - They should be punished for their arrogance. On Friday I experienced Rule 2. On 02/26/21 I arrived at the Sam's Club Tire Center for an 11:00 AM appointment to have two new tires I purchased from the Sam's Club mounted on the front wheels of the car. The Sam's Club document (48570064545) shows that they mounted two new tires on the front. In reality they mounted the two new tires on the rear. When I pointed out their error and asked it to be corrected they brought my car back into the garage bay (12:15 PM). Shortly after 1:00 PM they pulled the car out of the garage and said it was ready to go. However the tire technician had not corrected the situation claiming that the Sam's Club policy is that he can only mount new tires on the rear wheels and that was all that he could do. No one was available and the tire technician was the only one in the garage. With a serious heart condition I was getting very tired and fatigued from having been walking almost nonstop around the store for over 2 hours. Since Covid-19 all seating, benches and tables had been removed from the club. Rather than raising my BP I chose to go home as a disappointed Club Member and get some rest. On Saturday I filed a formal complaint with the Sam's Club Help Center (210227-011042 02/27/21 1:41 PM). At the end of the day I spent over $260.00 at Sam's Club for two new tires replacing two good tires that had a remaining life of over 40,000 miles per the Sam's technician and still have a tire on the front which is a slow leaker. There are other issues but as a 72 year old club member I left feeling totally disrespected and taken advantage of.

This location I am reviewing for two departments: 1) bakery and 2) tire department . I have had excellent service every time I ordered from the bakery at the Sawmill Rd location. I think the cupcakes are always a great buy for parties. I love that you can customize the order with half white and half chocolate and you can also choose whipped cream frosting instead of the buttercream. I have ordered their oreo flavor in whipped before as well, but sad to hear that they no longer carry that. I definitely hope they bring it back. The quality of their bakery items have always met the mark and the cupcakes are definitely a filling size. The bakery at this location deserves a 5/5. The tire department at Sawmill Rd, on the other hand, is another story. I have noticed that there are new workers in the tire department altogether, but after my last experiences, I would not trust this location with my car. However, I have had no problems with Sam's Club's tire department at their Morse Rd location. The tire department had made mistakes multiple times on our tire orders here, and they were not little. My husband had wanted to order Michelin tires that had an offer for $60 off for ordering 4 new tires. The ones we wanted were not available at the store, so had to order through Sam's Club online. We asked the tire staff member if they would still honor the $60 discount though since we were ordering within their promotion sale time. We were told that was not a problem. Finally, when the tires came in and we went to install them, it took over an hour for the tire staff to honor the promotional offer and that too by offering a Sam's gift card. It seems like they are not all in the same place. The second even worse time was when my dad ordered tires for his car. After they installed the new tires, we noticed that one tire kept having an air issue. When we went to look at the tire, we realized they did not even change that one tire and it's having problems because it's still his old tire!!!! We have never experienced this before. How was this even possible?! We went to the store and told them and we were told instead, "oh maybe someone stole your new tire." Are you kidding me?! Someone will steal a new tire and replace with the exact same brand old tire my dad had?! What a joke!! We then spoke to management and guess what? Even their store inventory showed that only 3/4 of those tires my dad had ordered had been properly marked out of the inventory. When they searched in their store, it was nowhere to be found. Then to make matters worse, Sam's no longer had any more of the tires my dad got. Now they ended up ordering 4 of the same brand, but different variety for my dad's car and installed them. My advice to everyone, please check that all your tires are the new ones before you leave after tire installation. Who knew this could ever be a problem? Due to these reasons that made me lose trust as a customer, I specifically give the tire department at Sawmill Rd a 0/5.

Always a pleasure shopping here. Scan and go makes my visits quick, and signage everywhere helps me find things. I spend 20 minutes at most here each visit and couldn't be happier.
