If your employees have time to sit outside and smoke a cigarette, they have time to fill the paper dispenser at the pump. There is no excuse for not having paper. Do better. Outside of that the location is nice. Always clean and are very nice to everyone. Just wish I wasn't prompted with "see cashier for receipt" every time at the pump.

The cashier mistakenly put my $40 on the wrong pump. I had specified pump 15, but she entered pump 8. I went back inside to rectify the situation as that was my only $40. The manager kept repeating that I should call the bank, but I explained that I couldn't wait 3-5 business days and needed an immediate resolution. Our voices escalated as we argued back and forth until I eventually lost my temper, and she became frightened like the punk she is. She then threatened to call the police and told me to leave.
This incident has taught me that it's better to use cash at gas stations moving forward. That way, I can get my money back quickly if there's an issue, or I can simply pay again and ensure that the correct pump is selected.
I will say she (the manager) did at least investigate the situation to see what happened to my $40, even having one of the employees go outside to see what pump the $40 went to. However, her coming back inside the store with little to no concern, repeating herself, and not trying anything else after explaining my situation BECAUSE OF THEIR MISTAKE is where I had the issue. I'm actually going to call corporate and see what could have been done or if nothing could be done but wait for my refund.

Won't ever come here again. It'll ask to pay inside . The trans cashier rang up my gas 3 times. Charged 72 dollars. Had to get my credit card company to give me a charge back. I ended up putting $20 on my debit. Scammers.

Staff unwilling to look for an item, bought said item from this location many times, and know where it's been moved to at other locations. Tobacco products, so I can't look myself, and no one else in line. Sad that they won't help customers.

I enjoyed the cleanliness of this shell station above all. However a few times I went to cash in lotto tickets I felt like an inconvenience. I was shocked with the attitude of the last occurrence and it has made me question if I want to ever return. Yes I had many lotto tickets to scan, but the huffing/comments under the employees breath, the verbal frustration about an unknown lottery report they will have to complete later, I felt completely uncomfortable and frankly it was pretty rude as I am a customer.Would recommend if you are just getting gas or a quick snack. Otherwise I would avoid if any interaction over a minute at the counter.

I went to this place to buy some things, when I go to pay myself the employee says, I need your ID, I gave her my ID and she replied: we don't accept this document here. The document that I gave him is the one that most foreigners have, my employment authorization, a document that I received from the Department of Security and Immigration of the United States, with this document I have bought cars, I have traveled, rented, even social security number among many other things, I have come to the conclusion that he is definitely a racist person, he asked me for my passport, (it is too idiotic of him that if I have an official document from the United States he tells me that he needs my passport as if I were an immigration agent) I asked him to speak to his supervisor to which he responded: he thinks the same as me, I can't sell to you. I hope the full weight of the law falls in this place. Racism no longer has a place in this world.

It's a decent local gas station. Ohio does not ask for zip code when paying with a credit card.

Horrible experience at this location with clerk and Manager. I wasted two hours out of my day trying to resolve an issue with the lottery vending machine tht took my money and the manager still would not reimburse me.

Extremely Rude, disrespectful, mean and obnoxious for no apparent reasons. Staff member, named Karen is the reason this business will not see me again back ever. I was there to get some gas and witnessed the mistreatment of a fellow foreign national customer. So racism is still going on in America in 21st century even though it is illegal and against the law. Good job and congratulations ?

Worst gas station ever. The cashier very rude and if you want to really get frustrated then this is the best possible gas station.
