I went in with three paint chips to get samples for my house exterior. I got home to find they mixed two correctly and one was a wrong color. About 3 shades lighter. My assumption is they entered the wrong number as it was only a digit off (3 instead of a 6).... I called immediately explaining they mixed the wrong color. Told me come into exchange. When I arrived.... Proceeded to tell me it was my mistake. That I'm wrong, they are right.... And I have to pay for it. I don't ask for much.... But not having to pay for their mistake would be nice.

We received excellent service at this store three times in the last few days. Each visit, we encountered knowledgable, friendly staff and received prompt service. I was particularly impressed by the young woman working behind the counter on two of our three visits - she gave us very useful advice as we made our selections.

Worst customer service ever. Gave me a wrong paint again and not willing to correct their mistake. An associate said they did it because they didn't have what I ordered, and she said the paint is not refundable!!! What a surprise!

I really enjoy going to Sherwood Williams. I paint the interior of my house as a hobby. Whenever I go there, the staff is willing to help me decide which products I need to purchase. They even helped me match the paint to what the builder used.

Worst experience ever. Asked the staff if they could help us with paint colors and we were told they were in the middle of inventory and would send someone over later. Keep in mind, we asked for assistance after we had already been in there for 20 minutes trying to find a specific color. They also had four people “working” there and only one other customer at the time we requested help! I will NEVER attempt to use this location again!! TERRIBLE!!!

I should have discovered that they gave me a wrong sheen. I ordered Satin online they gave me Flat. Now I have to paint the room again.

I typically visit the Marysville location and the service is excellent. I have been to the Dublin location a few times and the service is terrible. I purchased 3 gallons of paint and neither of the two employees spoke to me. Also, no offer to help me out to my car, even while watching me try to lift the box. I’ll continue with the Marysville location from here on out.

Needed SW paints because my new painter is a user. Usually I have used Benjamin Moore, but the service at the Dublin store was professional, efficient and friendly that I am now a SW convert. The youthful sales associate was great in answering all my questions as well as offering excellent suggestions. Keep her!

Great paint, experience was not amazing in the store. Everyone was following guidelines with COVID which was nice. The staff was not very helpful or willing to provide assistance.

Store associate didn't really see the need to assist with information on the right paint or help at all!My advice if you don't don't want to work then quit or find a nother job where you don't have to deal with customers!So went back and get excellent help from Ryan the assistant manager!

You're probably informed enough of what a terrible decision you made firing your employee.. He went above and beyond and used Tiktok to educate and entertain people with the process of paint mixing. He even made a presentation for corporate to show how lucrative using social media could be. Corporate didn't even let him do the presentation, and fired him a few months later because of some calls made to customer service about jokes involving putting blueberries in paint.So sad and disappointing, good luck recovering from the boycotts you will ultimately recieve from this as well as the business you missed out on by dismissing your exceptional employee...

The associate quickly matched my paint request using the color code on an old paint can. Very helpful to take color code with you if you have it.
