The female manager (Trisha Cooke or Mrs.cook) working on 1-28-25 at 11:40am is extremely unprofessional and rude. I am an uber eats driver and when I went to check out she refused me service because I asked if she had milk took my items from me and put them behind the counter and refused to talk to me or assist me and checking out. Start yelling at both me and her employee. The employee informed me that she treats everyone as if they were a bug on the street. She ran to the back and said she doesn’t want to deal with anyone. I can’t believe companies hire people like this to be managers. I will update this once I find out here name.

This has to be the slowest speedway in town the manager lady is totally rude and lazy multiple times I've witnessed her berating her employees while she does nothing.
The last time I was there the employee was having trouble ringing up a customer instead of the manager opening another line she walked off behind the back area to leave ten people waiting in line this speedway should be called slowway

Stopped there yesterday to get gas on my way home, boyfriend went inside to pay go back out pump didn’t work go back in to tell the cashier and she was slightly rude about it saying the money bounced back onto my card and he would have to go back in line, he got frustrated with her rudeness and wanted to go somewhere else before I checked my card and the charge stayed, we go back I go in with him and I ask her about it and say yk what can I do since it didn’t bounce back like she said, she says it’s just an authorization charge and to pull to the next pump and swipe again, that confused me because we didn’t pay at pump and any other time this has happened to me before the cashiers do something on their screen to move me to another pump, I ask her about that and say well what if we paid inside and she got incredibly rude with me (I was not being rude at all I was just asking a question😭) and she said “let me put it simpler for you (she didn’t she kept repeating the same thing which obviously i’m confused you need to say it a different way) and started enunciating her words at me with very hot breath I’m just standing there waiting for her to get done before my boyfriend pulls me out and we decide to just pay at pump and let it go. The first charge never dropped from my card (like i assumed) and I now have to go physically into my bank to dispute it because it did not come off.

The "manager" on duty is rude and the store is always messy. Rest of the staff is friendly but the short woman has the audacity to say I was being abrupt about their prices in store. I kept the price tag (she had me go get mind you) just to yank it from my hand and say this is 711 not speedway and it will be honoring it's price. If she wants to be petty I can be just as petty

So where should I start first been an employee over a month improved sales on food on the customers we go and get a new GM I lose a family member my mother on Monday don't get me wrong come to work Thursday I'm pushed and pushed to do videos been there over a month big corporate with rez says that we have to watch the videos Thursday tell me watch videos here comes another employee has it has been there 2 years no videos he was no longer needed on Thursday the strongest employee that you have mind you just lost my biological mother on Tuesday cope with this new GM higher you mad because you see me smoking a cigarette I can't have a break but you have me stay until 3:29 six or seven you need me but I'm not allowed to take a break me Tasha West online camera I do my job ethic p write me up without even telling me moving forward you're training your replacement why would I change my replacement if you're not paying me so then I come in on Monday big from 7-Eleven come no you send me home at 12:47 but I didn't get to learn the register you have my replacement in at 6:00 but wait a minute I'm supposed to be training him so I come in today Monday morning you sell no food your pizza is not even on the pizza Trace do you think people are going to buy your pizza do you think anybody is going to buy anything out of speedway now that I put this put this up about speedway/ 7-Eleven you tell me you can replace me I wouldn't care if you hire 20 people my job ethic so I am putting this to whom it may concern and hopefully hopefully somebody will reach back out to me antagonize me come and ask me am I having a good day any other time you don't have no problem with coming to talk to me I get it you wanted me gone I wanted 1750 to come in this hello you literally have to hire someone with cleaning experience job ethnic training p you've got your new trainers now watching videos oh to whoever sees this you will reach out to me and hopefully that is soon in the crazy part is I knew come into the store to be the big shot of this store Sean and telling Thalia to do this I get it you use and abuse your good workers but the ones that are not doing their job at the you just keep them here because you need to replace them but let me tell you somebody that who has a disability you're not going to do this

I know many traveling sales people choose Speedway for the reward points. Well, they need gas’s receipts.

By far, one of the most disgusting and filthy places I’ve ever been in. This gas station was filthy both inside and outside, with the exterior trash cans overflowing with trash and the interior bathrooms so disgusting that my family couldn’t even use them.
There seems to be no adequate management here and the standard of operation and service are so poor that the entire place should be PERMANENTLY CLOSED.
