Requested 24 hour turn around on a medium starch pressed shirt for a funeral and paid triple the rate. All I got was a streamed shirt on a hangar. Had to have a different store finish the job fire a third of the price.

I came here for the first time to get a dress dry cleaned. The lady at the front desk is so sweet. I did wind up paying more than I expected for the dress to be cleaned but considering it has tassels and rhinestones the price was decent. She did warn me there was a chance the rhinestones and tassels might fall off but it came back in perfect condition. I would definitely recommend this location.

Jeremy was great from start to finish. Very welcoming and helpful. My ugg boots were messed up and they did a good job. I always come to them and they never let me down!

Manager was nice at time of drop off and assured me jr bridesmaid dress would be ready & available to pick up at 4pm on Sat (via locker valet), as my daughter was getting married Sunday. No text all day Sat. Had to try & search for an alternative last minute even though the bridesmaid dresses all matched. Did not get notice that the dress was ready until 8 am the morning of the wedding when I was already out of town.

I stopped in last week to find out that they changed store managers. The new manager was very bubbly and so sweet. The new manager looked at what I was dropping off and without me saying anything she told me what I had spilled on myself. She asked me when I wanted my clothes back? I said when can you have them done? She said when ever it is convenient for you. She was even able to convince me ( which is hard to do) to get their dry cleaning bags and sign up for the locker system. Now I do not have to worry or rush to get to Swans before they close because with the locker system I can drop off and pick up my dry cleaning 24/7. Not only is the locker system more convenient for me but I don't have to be around people and run the risk of taking Covid 19 to any of my elderly clients that I work with.

Terrible experience. I have never written a poor review before but was so disappointed in the way I was treated at this location that I felt compelled. I had one drape dry cleaned at the Bridge St. location and it was returned to me 5 inches shorter. (The drape was cleaned by the owner/manager of this store.) The cost of the service was high and the drape was new so I revisited the store to inquire about what could be done. I was given the run around for a few months (visited the store twice, called the store twice, told to fill out paperwork, told to call the headquarters (no response) and in the end told to call the company who made the drape as they were to blame since it was a new drape and it should not have shrunk. I called Pottery Barn who informed me that they were unable to replace the drape due to the fact the cleaners clearly did not follow the directions on the label. I agreed with Pottery Barn. In the end I went ahead and just repurchased the drape myself and decided I would write this review to warn others. I am not a complainer but was so frustrated and disappointed in the way I was treated and the unwillingness of Swan to make this right.

A real disaster! I gave my clothes for laundry last week. All 3 night dresses are broken, damaged; 2 were new!! All clothes were packed with no respect, not ironed and not wrapped properly. How can you do this to other people’s clothes, have them pay for it and .... not warm me nor say sorry when I came pick up the clothes last Saturday morning. And I am so afraid for the other new clothes I dropped last Saturday when picking up the other pack ??

great service and a ton of options for dry cleaning, fixing, washing and folding clothes! I love swans and always do all my business here, they have the best prices and best quality. I won't go anywhere else, swans has always taken care of me.

Swan Cleaners ruined our custom made duvet and shrunk it to the point where it won’t fit on our bed. The Corporate Office will not return my phone calls or even reimburse us for the loss of an item they ruined. Sue Moore, the idiot operations manager is rude and unprofessional. The President of the company has repeatedly ignored my phone calls, like a coward. PLEASE DO NOT USE SWAN CLEANERS FOR ANYTHING! They are the worst!

Not at all happy with my experience here. I bought a pair of pre owned white shoes for my wedding. I dropped them off at the beginning of July after noticing the sign in the window that said they clean shoes. I was told they would be ready in three weeks and I could pay when I picked them up. The next day I got a call saying they couldn't clean them until I had paid, no problem I went right in and paid and the woman working again told me it usually took all three weeks for them to be done. The price wasn't posted anywhere, but they charged me $39. Three days after the pickup date posted on my receipt I had still heard nothing so I called. The lady working told me that she didn't know who would have told me 3 weeks because it normally took 4-5 weeks. I was very unhappy, and she told me I could call every day to check to see if they were in. Week five rolls around and I stopped in the store. Again I was told they were not ready and it was normally six weeks til shoes would be ready, hadn't anyone mentioned shoes were shipped to Texas to be cleaned? Of course no one told me that. Today finally, six weeks after I dropped my shoes off, Swan Cleaners told me they were ready. I picked up my shoes and was dismayed to see they were not clean at all... the sweat stains still remained and now there were bits of dirt and box all over them too. I will never go back to this cleaner....
