In response to your post I will not be back ever again. Your manager has my number to correct the issue.
Love the techs always great. If I could leave zero for the management and corp office I would. Double charged two months ago reach out and then get ghosted.

Service from beginning to end was great. Both technicians were on point. I usually get my service done in Cleveland, Ohio but I recently moved to Columbus area and this experience was the best one I’ve ever had.

I got my oil changed over the weekend and they used a container and hose to pull it out of the top. Which wasn’t normal for this location given I have had my last handful here. On my way home which was less than 5 miles my car smelled like fumes through my vent. I went to take my car back and my car wouldn’t start. I had to get it towed to the dealership to find out they spilled oil all over my car resulting in a new battery and engine that needed de greased and filters. I have a small child and the inconvenience and the toxic smell is completely unacceptable. I went to file a claim with them and was informed it may take up to 7 days to hear back. In the meantime I am fronting all the costs for rentals and to fix my car.
Will not be coming back.

I had an awful experience with Take 5 Sawmill. The staff seemed robotic, as if they were just following a script. I initially chose the basic oil for my vehicle, but without my consent, they charged me extra, claiming that my car required “turbo oil.” I found this misleading and frustrating. Overall, I am very disappointed and not satisfied with their service.

I had a terrible experience with a so-called manager. He couldn't even close the air filter cover properly, and it felt like he was trying to damage my car. I told him that if he couldn't handle the air filter, he shouldn't suggest changing it. He then claimed to have 11 years of experience and told me to get out of his shop. When I asked for the manager, he insisted he was the manager. I was shocked at how rude he was. Someone with that attitude shouldn't be in customer service—maybe a job at a junkyard would suit him better."
