The service was super quick, and Saif (apologies if I spelled that wrong) walked me through everything step by step like a pro. Since this was my very first service appointment, I had no idea what to expect, but it turned out to be smooth, easy and completely stress free. Honestly, if all first time experiences were this painless I would never be nervous about appointments again.

Took my 2010 Prius in for a long-overdue detailing. My car looks soooo good! Especially happy there are no smudges left on the windows. Great job! And, it was completed sooner than I expected.

Chris Sims was wonderful to work with as were all the others at the dealership. We purchased the car under a Toyota Program which can sometimes create complications and Tansky made it such a smooth process and explained everything so well. We traveled from Cleveland to get this car and we would do it again.

Got my car with the help of Chris Simms, he is a super cool guy and was very transparent and motivated to find me the car that best fit my needs. He truly went above and beyond for me and made himself available to me throughout the buying process! As a girl it can feel like we are being swindled sometimes when it comes to large purchases and he didn't have the weirdo shark-y energy that lots of sales people have - he was just truly nice to me and educational too. Thank you so much Chris !!!

Staff is rude and doe not listen to what customers are stating. unwilling to listen or help with wheel and tire coverage. I would never bring my car to this dealership to allow them to work on your vehicle. Call center was also rude and would not transfer you to the people you ask for.
