There are 15-20 Target carts behind the garages at Sawmill Crossing Apartments, 6335 Dumont Lane. I stopped in the store on Sawmill Rd Tuesday morning at 10:30am and told a girl who said she was a manager, she seemed to not care at all. That's a lot of carts= a lot of money.

I like Target, but I won't support any companies knowingly that cowardly disposed of all DEI measures in the company. True Nazi behavior

I am really tired of you allowing people to order things online that are not available in the store. Your inventory stated that you had seven cases of Avian water so this customer ordered seven cases of water for me to deliver. The only item on his whole list. Now my time has been wasted because you do not even have one. This is ridiculous. Total waste of my time that I’m not even going to get paid for and I needed this one last order for a bonus and now I have to work late And I’ve already been working for 10 hours.

WHY is this store always so terribly short-staffed? On numerous occasions recently, I have seen staff at the very busy Starbucks in the store being pulled away to work the registers in the store or guest services. It is ridiculous! It reflects so poorly on store management and human resources when there are barely enough workers to keep th3 store operational. Is this REALLY the kind of shape this store is going to be in, entering the month of October?? Appalling.

Very disappointed!!!
I went there look around and buy some of my baby needs.
And i've been followed everywhere with the RED SHIRT GUY who pretend to stocking up the shelves for almost 45mins.
Just bcause i'm Asian, doesn't mean i can't afford to buy stuff there!!!!!

Felt so discriminated against this morning. Idk if it’s because I was black, came in with sweats and a t shirt on or just didn’t fit in the neighborhood. I was literally followed throughout the store, out to the parking lot and watched until I got into my car. I live less than two blocks away and I will happily patron a different target before returning here.

Prices are terrible, selection is terrible, and so few employees the only time one shows up to "help" is to complain about your cart sitting outside your fitting room as a "fire hazard". It's got wheels lady, unless it can spontaneously combust I think we're all gonna be fine.

I bought several drinks that were heavy, and the cashier only gave me one bag. It nearly ripped but I luckily noticed so held it from the bottom instead of the handles to avoid it breaking.
After shopping I stopped by the Starbucks here to get my much needed caffeine fix. I ordered a grande java chip frap with a shot of espresso on top aka affagato style. I went to grab my drink and noticed the whip cream completely clean and unfazed so I just kindly asked (literally the nicest, kindest tone as I used to work this job and understand the chaos of it) the barista if there was a shot in it, and this girl SNAPPED at me in the rudest tone "YES." As if I had just become the most difficult, insensitive customer ever. I was taken back. It wasn't exactly what I ordered and I paid nearly $8, God forbid I double check, I guess? This was around 3:45pm on 8/3 . Please be kinder, you don't know what people are going through or dealing with. I will go out of my way to not visit this location again, just left a really bad taste in my mouth, which sucks because I usually really enjoy my target trips.

BEWARE a third party named "Excell" supplies target's Pokemon cards, with no mention of their return policy in the department I was in. Once i opened one when I got home, noticed there were 11 cards instead of 10 as advertised. With a black code card universal for a "rare" card, low and behold I got hit with a altered older pack and didn't bother to open the other 2. Well today I tried to get a return/exchange and Manager had the audacity to not even come talk to me in person and relay over walkie-talkie " I should of known that it was altered with". No... it comes in a paper sleeve, so i couldn't of know... if you would came to the front desk and assist you could observe that yourself. Terrible customer service by that manager, better off working the back if that's how you handle things. So now i'm out $15 because pushing fraudulent/tampered with product is Target's motto. You been warned!

Self checkouts are closed half of the time and they only ever have one or two registers open when they are so checkout lines get crazy long even during off hours.

I honestly have to give a huge shoutout to the Sawmill Rd Target. I had a curbside order right before heading to our new place. I had my son with me, my fiancé drove separately since we moved some items in today.
my baby wasn’t a happy fella and was crying. I pulled into a spot and got him out to check on him. I was trying to calm him down and the curbside attendant came out and checked on us and asked if we needed anything. I told him I appreciated it and said he just needs to eat a little. I sat there for a little bit to feed him before we left and the attendant came out again to make sure I was good. I wish I got his name but it made this mom here feel good because I was also ready to cry. Postpartum has been hard and this interaction made my day.

Probably the cleanest, friendliest, and most well organized Target I've been too. Way better than any of the ones from where I'm from. Should be an example for all Targets to follow.
