I have been seen here previously & was treated well for my medical issue. A couple of days ago, I was returning w the same symptoms from a previous visit (in pain w/poss kidney stone). It was approx 2:15 pm. I stood in line at the reg desk for at least 10 - 15 min behind another "patient." Once it was my turn, the person at the front desk asked if I had an appt. I said, "I thought this was a walk-in "minute clinic? Why would I need an appt?" I received a "look" and was told, "we don't have any appts left for the day (it's 2:30 pm & they close at 7 pm??) & you'll have to come back tomorrow.".Since when did this "URGENT" emergency clinic become a place for people to do all their medical visits? I get many doctor offices in this area are NOT taking in new patients, which is a domino that affects people to use these "urgent care" locations to no longer act as "urgent" care facilities, but their "healthcare providers". The man behind me was also turned away. Urgent care should be THAT. A clinic to address URGENT medical issues. Not a place for physicals and non-emergency medical care.

I have come here for a few years now!! They always fix what I need right away. Very fast & easy scheduled appointments. You get billed after & it is very clean & I love that is right in Kroger, I don't need to make an extra stop. The reception is always rude/confused. The NP can be rude/short, but she gets the job done. I always have to go back a couple times to get the sickness fixed, but you get what you get in a store. You pay for convenience, not quality.

I walked in for an annual wellness exam; the staff was highly accommodative despite the busy time of year, and unusual circumstances of 2020 on top of that. Reception was quick to register me, process my paperwork, and hand me off to the RN. The RN (Heidi) was also fast and efficient but took still time to explain my lab results and make the appropriate recommendations.

I GET that life is different since the advent of covid, but I have an ear infection and have not had the energy to get here any earlier. I arrived to the clinic 40 minutes before closing. It took them over 5 minutes to acknowledge my presence, which was to just let me know that there was no way I was going to be seen. I asked why..I mean, there were no patients waiting to be seen and the provider was not with anyone (she and the receptionist were just chatting when I was waiting.) Evidently, 30 minutes is not enough time to "make an appointment" prior to the appointment I was standing in front of them for (really - can't make this crap up! So they quit seeing patients at least 40 minutes before closing. I want a job like that. This was the entire reason I came into this store. Annoyed? Yeah. Plus I still don't feel well.

The Little Clinic in Dublin by the hospital is the best! I thought I needed an antibiotic for my cold that I had for two weeks but the NP educated me about the use of antibiotics on a virus. Yes viruses make you feel terrible and usually last longer, but I definitely didn't want un necessary antibiotics. The NP told me about supportive care which I did and felt 10x better.

Great place! Cheap and quick but quality of care is superb. The nurse practitioner is very knowledgeable. She educated me on why i did not need an antibiotic for my cold. Thank you for keeping me knowledgeable and healthy. Will def recommend you my family and friends.

I presented to the little clinic nearly 2 weeks ago on 11/15/18 for an ongoing productive cough, a sore throat that made swallowing difficult, and swollen lymph nodes. I told the Nurse Practitioner my symptoms, the duration, and what I thought my problem may be (I don't know everything but I am a nurse so I do have a little clue about what I was talking about). The NP kind of blew off my symptoms and said I had a viral infection, I was sent home with magic mouthwash to ease the throat pain. My symptoms continued to worsen and I lost my voice. I went back to the little clinic 10 days later on Sunday, 11/25/18 due to no improvement in my symptoms. I again discussed with the NP what was going on. This time, she agreed with me that I had bronchitis AND an ear infection (i had no ear pain whatsoever). Great, now I have multiple problems and I'm still miserable. The NP prescribed a z-pack. Ok, great. It's day 5 of the antibiotic pack and I feel 10x worse! My ear is aching something awful, my throat still hurts to talk and swallow. I called back this AM to see if another round of antibiotic therapy was necessary. I informed them I work nights and it'd be best to call in the afternoon. The tech, Heidi, informed me they would call before this and if I couldn't get to the phone they could only say that they called. So now I'm going to have to play phone tag to see if I can even be helped by them. Frankly, I find the process inconvenient for both parties. I am annoyed I had to visit them TWICE to even get the proper treatment that I should have had two weeks ago. I won't be going back.
