Been a customer for a very long time. I'm done. The employees are nice enough, but that's as far as it goes. You can't charge 7 dollars for a coffee that is 9/10 times incorrect. People work very hard for their money, and every time I come to this location, I find myself throwing away my money and receiving disgusting coffees every time. I really hate to be that guy, but this store really sucks. It's primarily the language barrier at the register, and a lack of training on how to make drinks. They consistently serve raw bacon to people in their breakfast. How nasty. Honestly, I wish I could have back the thousand or so of dollars I've thrown away at this failing Tim Hortons in the last 6 months. No wonder starbucks has a line and this location never does. Will not be back.

Rude customer service!!!!! I stopped by Tim Hortons on the way to work today 2/10/24. Order donuts and an iced mocha to go...... I nicely request a refund because the coffee wasn't what I expected. So I parked and went inside, the girl behind the counter gave the guy at the window (btw I hope he wasn't the manager....smh) my debit card to process my refund 8:40am....I waited close to 10 minutes or longer. Meantime I requested my card back by 2 other employees to let him know "I was running of time & wanted my debit card" STILL no response! He continued to wait on customers at the window holding on to my card in the meantime while I'm just standing there. Finally I got back in my car drove around to the window and politely asked for my debit card when I got to the window he reluctantly took at least 3 more orders BEFORE he even "processed my card" after all this time! Now its 8:55 a.m. I ended up late for work and received a phone call from my manager as I was driving to my job concerned because I had NOT clocked in. I told the guy at the window he had no reason to ignore me and all I wanted was a refund or at the very least return my debit card so I can be on my way. He was rude and UNEMPATHETIC! Actually, pathetic best describes his behavior . His so-called apology was cold and insincere. I told him he was not sorry and didn't care. The last thing I said to him was "Have a nice day and be good to your customers"

This is my last time coming here, and it saddens me… because this used to be one of my favorite breakfast stops… I order the same thing everytime, farmers breakfast wrap… and I can’t tell you how many times they forget to add the hash brown…. But that’s the least of my worries this time…. Sausage from it gave me food poisoning and had me down for 36hrs… don’t eat here! Or fear to get sick!

Horrible. Asked for a wrap no bacon and a strawberry refresher, both were wrong. The drink looked like it had curdled milk (not anything close to the refresher), and the wrap had bacon. Asked for my money back and the guy working the driver thru had the nerve to argue with me. Every time I go here my order is wrong.

My wife - Kandice - ordered food (order #9263) via mobile from your restaurant at 7493 Sawmill Rd at 8:40am EST on 11/11. I arrived at approximately 9:00am and went to the mobile pick-up area and my food was not there. No problem. Several workers were making mixed coffee drinks. About 5 minutes there a female worker acknowledges me "One minute" and continues to go back to fulfilling orders. Another 10 minutes goes by and the same lady directs another male worker to check on me. At this point I was a bit antsy as I had been trying to get their attention with no luck. He comes over and asks what the name for my order was and I said it's under Kandice Chandler and he goes away again. He comes back a few minutes later and says "We don't have your order. What's the order #?" I reply "it was ordered online...one moment" as I had to get those details from my wife who placed the order but in the 10 seconds it took to get my wife on the phone he went away again instead of exercising one fraction of the patience I already had to exhibit. He comes back another handful of minutes later. At this point at least 20 customers had gone through the line. I give him the order number and he says "We don't have your order, what did you get?" I show him the screenshot of the order and he walks away without communicating what he was doing but it was assumed that he was going to put it together. Nope. 10 minutes later he still hasn't come back. So, I decide to get into the back of the line to determine what is going on with my order and hopefully have a conversation of more than a word. Of course, the line had grown to about 20 people deep by that time. I get all the way up to just two groups ahead of me and they just stop taking orders at the desk for another 10-15 minutes. It felt like an eternity as I discussed with the customers behind me my scenario when they lamented how long the line has been, but finally.... I get to the front - and lo and behold - the same lady that first acknowledged me comes up to ask me what I need. At this point, I've been in the restaurant for over 40 minutes. I explain to her that I had a mobile order, I've verified that the order went through and the address of the order, I've waited at the mobile order area and through the line and I just want to know whether you are going to make my food or if I need to just cancel." She asks "What did you get?" I show her the screen and read it to her: "Large coffee one cream three splenda4 chocolate dip donuts - she almost enters one instead of four as she goes through it really quickly. I've already wait 40+ minutes, why are you rushing through this still?1 Vanilla Dip1 Honey Dip2 Sausage and Egg Breakfast sandwiches with no cheese on English Muffin2 Plain Bagels" They do put together the food pretty quickly but advise that they do not have honey dip donuts and what would I like instead so I say another chocolate dip. I get the bag. I look in the bag and I see the sausage and egg breakfast sandwiches are on bagels instead of English muffins. She comes back a minute or two later and asks if it is everything. I tell her they were supposed to be on English muffins but that's okay; however, I still need my two plain bagels that were separate from the sandwiches. She throws those in the bag and I leave 1 hour and 5 minutes after the order was placed, 45 minutes after I got to the restaurant. I open the bagels on the way home and sure enough they have cheese on them when they weren't supposed to. My wife's coffee was black with no cream and no splenda. My daughter's plain bagel hadn't been toasted or buttered or split. Just bagels straight out of a bag. So my whole family - wife and three daughters - that had been waiting wasn't happy and I was infuriated. This was without a doubt one of the single worst experiences I have EVER had at a restaurant.

I went through drive through and had a coupon for $1 off my order. When they scanned it, it did not take the $1 off, even though I had just activated the coupon and it had not expired. I asked the drive through person how to fix the problem and she said "I don't know." So I left and called the store. The first time, someone answered and hung up. The 2nd and 3rd times nobody answered. The 4 th time someone answered, I asked for a manager, she stated she was amanager but refused to identify herself, and after hearing my concern, put the phone down for several minutes (I thought she was looking into the situation) and then she hung up. So horrible service in drive through, horrible phone service, I paid too much for my order, and there is nobody who can fix the problem.

They give a cold coffee and when I ask to change they say not and call me names. This is one of the reason that I will never go back ..
