Jose Made it buying my car easy. Management was A+. Wish they would get checks out faster BUT I get why it takes awhile. They want to make sure there investment is safe and the car is what we tell them. Fair honest people. When they pick up the car I’ll be leaving a gift in the car for when it gets there.

Worked with Cristiano on purchase of Acura MDX S which is great. Sales process was smooth and relatively quick. Car is immaculate and was detailed quickly. From start to finish in just a few hours including test drive and detailing. Negotiations were fair. I definitely recommend the Toy Barn and Cristiano.

i’d like to start off with saying that I also work in the car business and I know how vital it is to make sure I’m on top of things for my client so that I can earn repeat business and sell cars to more than just them. In any capacity, I just need to make sure I do the right thing always. I’m looking into selling my personal vehicle and I was contacted by toy barn to do so. I had an initial offer of $82,000 for my vehicle. I was working with jose, upon going back-and-forth for a few days they sent out the lemon squad since I’m out of state to come give a in-depth look at my car to make sure they can stand firm in their offer. After the lemon squad left it took about two days for them to get the report which is totally reasonable, I was contacted that because my car needs tires that they would have to come down on their offer to 81,000. I took a day or two to deliberate and make sure that that was the right choice as I have a small amount of negative equity that I’d be paying out-of-pocket. Instead of trading for a cheaper car I decided I would finally accept their offer after asking for 500 more dollars to help me out around the holidays. They did not accept. That’s fine and I do not have any resentment towards them for that. Upon accepting their offer jose seemingly went missing, he responded four days ago with a brief text saying that my car would be paid off in 10 days so I would not have to worry about making my next payment before Christmas. I texted him and called him between the next three days at least 12 times. To which I got no response, but he read my messages, well the hours of the store showed that he should’ve been there those days, I called reception and they said he wasn’t there. Finally today I called reception again. They said he’d be an hour late. I waited my hour and I called again. I asked to speak with jose and I was transferred Nate who said he was jose’s manager. Nate said that jose would not be there. It has not been there for a little bit, unsure of the reasoning but now it’s starting to smell a little fishy. He told me they would not accept $81,000 or anywhere near close to that. I did not ask him for another number, but I can assume it was significantly less. I’m not sure if Nate is actually a manager or if they’re lying about that too, but please don’t trust these people to be honest and straightforward with you. I find it funny how they spent their own money to come down and appraise my vehicle, but then lie to me about the offer they would make on it. I’m not sure if it was sales person to manager miscommunication or just lying from all the parties. If you know, someone looking to purchase a vehicle from toy barn, please recommend that they search elsewhere for luxury automotive business. Please do not spend your time or send your information to these people as they are dishonest and do not follow through on commitments made.

I checked the website and it does not look like Nate is a manager. It looks like he is just an inventory buyer. The same position as jose so they were lying with me.

Chris Jr was the reason why my wife and I got this car, we literally had the same car 19mins from us , but his customer service, transparency and willingness to work with us made us drive almost 2hrs to Dublin to finalize the purchase of our Honda Pilot. Wish I could give more than 5 stars. The process was so smooth and seamless , everything was superb and the financial guy was so welcoming and knowledgeable too. Definitely recommend Toy Barn and Chris Jr.
