I've purchased many things here for my college aged kids but often the prices here are not competitive. The worst feature of the place is the people that work here; especially a long haired blond B who is rude and has no customer skills. You get no help taking your purchases out of the store. Blondie let me damage a piece of furniture by providing a defective dolly. Today, price on an item was going to drop the next day, it was 5 minutes to close, and she wouldn't honor the next day price. If I can find what I need somewhere else, I do.

Historically, this upcycling reailer has taken high-quality furnishing and sold them on consignment. Relative to full retail, prices can be good and reduce on a time schedule. Unfortunately, the last time I visited a huge portion of the furniture was brand new and insanely overpriced. Pretty much a waste of time now. It's a shame.

This is such a cool store! The staff is really nice and will explain the tag system to you upon entree. The items are beautiful but start off a bit pricey. It is definitely worth taking a look here!

have purchased thousands of dollars of furniture from Trading Places, but my recent experience has meant I will never shop there again and I encourage you to think twice about doing business here. I purchased a small table online - for $80 - and fell and broke my humerus bone the next day.That weekend, I reached out to them to explain why I would not be able to pick up the table. I was in agony and unable to drive - my daughter has two babies and was caring for me, but the salesperson I spoke to just kept insisting that surely someone could pick it up. She reminded me of their 3 day rule and I asked if it could to be relaxed for me under these circumstances. We are talking about a 12" square table. After I said I would simply dispute the charge with my credit card company she agreed to "grant" me an extra day so I could try and talk with the manager on Tuesday, On Tuesday I was told they would charge me 10 dollars a day until it was picked up and when my daughter took the phone to try and reason with them, she was told "Your mother knew the rules when she made the purchase". I was finally able to have a friend pick this up. The owner did reach out to me a week later to apologize, but way too late. So buyer beware!!!

Long day of shopping. Was excited to finally look at furniture in this local store. Sadly, I had to use the restroom (after a nice lunch) about 10 minutes into browsing. I asked an employee if I could use the restroom after explaining what I was looking for. She informed me there was not a restroom in the building I could use. Frustrating because I saw a few items that caught my eye. Never the less, I had to quickly leave before I pee’d my pants! May seem silly but I really don’t understand not offering a customer a place to use the bathroom if needed. We are in DUBLIN. Not downtown columbus (even then, I still don’t understand). As excited as I was to shop here, I’ll never step foot back in. Happy to go down the street and spend my money elsewhere.
