Calling… staff answers and immediately say “please hold” (that’s it), then… They’ll have you on hold for 20mins to tell you in 2 seconds they don’t have what you need!

Spoke to a nice fella this morning named Alex or maybe Chuck I believe—well now I’m not quite sure his name, but any who, the Dublin shop unfortunately didn’t have anymore appliance dollys to rent; and rather than simply saying “sorry, but good luck sir” (like a few of the other places did) this nice fellow called several stores for me (I didn’t even ask him to) and found one off Georgesville Rd and then had them hold it for me. Dublin U Haul is clearly run by some professional, polite and knowlegable folks. Would give 6 stars if I could.

I've rented here over a dozen times for work and every time they are GREAT! Chuck and Kelly are always so nice and chatty. The trucks are always available right when I booked them for, they're clean, and I haven't had a single mechanical issue. The whole staff works very hard and are proud of what they do.
Thanks to the team!! I go out of my way to come to this location every time.

Very positive experience renting a one-way, 10’ box-truck and tow dolly. The truck was comfortable, clean, powerful enough to traverse the mountains in western Maryland, surprisingly fuel efficient (15 MPG), and was ultimately a great value for the cost.

Everyone is so helpful here! Went rented from them twice, and both times, everything went smoothly, which is fantastic when you're already dealing with the stress of moving.

Went to pick up a truck that I had reserved today and U-HAUL's systems were down nationwide. After they wasted a 1/2 hour of my time trying to get recreate my reservation in their system, they finally told me they could not get it to work. I was not able to get a truck for my move, which of course ruined my plans. So instead, I found another truck at Penske which actually was a slightly bigger truck at a lower cost.

Excellent service and trucks. Have used this location over many years and the service and the trucks are always consistent. Staff is always friendly and extremely helpful with reservation and adjustments. Keep up the good work.

I rented a 26' truck for a one-way rental out of state and picked up here even though it wasn't my preferred location, but I ended up liking this location more. Easy to find, very efficient and friendly staff, resolved issues quickly, made the pick up and related paperwork so much easier than certain other locations. This next comment isn't location specific, but it would be so much easier if U-Haul made it so that the trucks are rented out with a full tank of gas (like normal car rentals), rather than having the customer spend time both at pick up and drop off trying to ascertain whether the tank is 5/6 or 4/5 full.

I rented a 10' truck and appliance dolly. When I arrived, the truck was ready to go but there was no dolly. At this point, the dolly was critical since in needed to move heavy washer/dryer up and down stairs. The staff did a great job finding what I needed. Excellent customer service doesn't come from everything always being perfect, it comes from a crew that really cares about the customer and can fix problems when they arrive. This business is outstanding.
