The software is nothing special. Just be mindful that you will be stuck in a 12 month contract and there is no way to exit. I would not recommend for a small medical practice or one just starting out.

Updox is very easy to use and integrates with Practice Fusion very well. The savings in ink jets alone is worth the price. I have also found their customer service to be genuinely concerned with resolving any issues.

Very happy with the Secure SMS feature. Helps us communicate quickly and securely with patients and avoid phone tag. Its nice to get all online queries ( online forms ) also come in the same dashboard. This helps simplify our workflow
