Went to make a deposit today during my lunch and waited 10 to 15 minutes while a clerk and customer chit chat. Yes I was acknowledged that I was there but I have a limited amount of time to get errands done on my lunch hour. I ended up walking out.

We usually don’t make appointments with the bank due to the ability to do almost everything from our phones but we wanted to open a savings account for our sweet girl and we received so much more than that. D’Angelo was able to help us out with our savings account and educating us more on all the different things that our bank has to offer. He was kind, knowledgeable, very funny, and took the time to listen to our concerns and needs. I can’t explain how much this meant to us. We appreciate the time he gave us, thank you!

Super knowledgeable and friendly staff; willing to go out of their way to solve an issue; keep at it until they do. Never any sign of impatience, no matter how small or big the issue or question. I love going there. I always feel welcome.

Jhon was amazing, in a time where customer service seems to be fading away it was so refreshing to be have someone take the time to try to help. To me it’s a testament to January the mgr (also AMAZING) to have people like that on the team. Everyone seemed to want to help even the coworker next to Jhon the fantastic dresser (I didn’t get his name but you will know when you see him) wanted to help in any way they could.

D’Angelo is literally amazing! Tookcare of me and was such a gentlemen with taking care of my visit. I literally felt so comfortable and happy walking out of the bank today. Been with us bank for quite awhile and don’t see myself banking with anyone else. D’Angelo is such a friendly and amazing person! Thank u!

This bank is the ghetto. I tried to set up a business account and they claimed that I need an appointment, then they said the computers were down, then they said the employees weren’t trained to set up business accounts yet. Like pleeeez JUST SHUT UP AND SET UP THE ACCOUNT. SMH going to ANOTHER bank.

Closing my account tomorrow. My account has been compromised a couple times. They sent me a new card, which has literally been shut down before I can even use it. I have been a very loyal customer, but this is the last straw. I called and spoke to 2 representatives. One just hung up, after I ask if I could speak to the manager. The other sent me to a department that doesn't even handle the issue I am having. I am done.

Obviously if you read the other reviews there are mixed messages but my experience with the current staff in the branch was excellent and I was helped by the branch manager who was extremely courteous and got me in and out very quickly!

Well it's finally time to expose you folks for who you really are. I gave this branch many chances in hopes they would become more professional. Before you do business with them take these reviews and mine serious.1. This branch applied my Mortgage payment to my US bank Visa card resulting in foreclose notices and total destruction of my excellent credit score. Not one notice sent out or call before they took this reckless action before it was reported to the Bureau. It's taken me 3 years to fully recover. I'm told some people filing Bankruptcy recover faster than that. I believe in giving everyone a 2nd chance.2. I paid my mortgage using my PNC checking account and the teller snicked, laughing in a sense and I asked her if everything's okay and she said oh nothing just PNC. She was insulting my decisions. I've banked with them 15 years, no issues except for selling my mortgage to US bank which I didn't think much of it at the time.3. I just received a letter from US Bank telling me that they are raising my interest rate on my US Bank Visa card because I carry a higher than usual balance. Funny the only thing thats charged to my card monthly is a cellphone payment. My credit score is over 800, anyone think this is a good business model? well if you do go open a account today. Sure everyone's going to question why are you still with them.4. I've tried to take advantage of refinancing my mortgage with low rates and they continue to practice reckless behavior by giving me a much higher interest rate because I won't switch my banking to US Bank for auto deduct. I don't believe in putting all my eggs in one basket, they DO!I believe this could be more than just a Branch location, more than likely US Bank itself.

I love this branch. They are super helpful and courteous. January is the best manager! She really helped me and did everything she could to resolve my problem. Very nice and professional. Great job!

Good staff
