Sasha & Anthony were excellent! They made a daunting process easy and are very knowledgeable. We tried to update our plans over the phone with general Verizon customer service, which was a nightmare, but went into the store and Sasha & Anthony knocked it out for us in no time. Great experience!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. SALES PERSON LIED TO ME AT EVERY POSSIBLE OPPORTUNITY TO HAVE ME SECURE A PREORDER ON AN S25 ULTRA.
HE LIED ABOUT COLOR AVAILABILITY, PLAN PRICING, PHONE FEATURES/ABILITIES, ETC. I HAVE NEVER HAD THIS BAD OF AN EXPERIENCE IN RETAIL, EVER.
