My visit on 1/18/2025 at your store at Dublin Granville Rd & Maple Canyon Rd your drive thru was closed like the day before as well. I am 100% disabiled and use a walker for mobility. Two days I was forced to unload and load my walker in the cold. I had to wait a total of 3 hours in line . I have been using this pharmacy 15 years now and every single time they screw up and put my scrip under my regular insurance instead of my BWC Insurance. I have complained everytime without results. Two months ago they told me they would put a note on my profile. Well that did not work. Yesterday when I picked my scrip up I told the rep it would be screwed up and it was again even after discussing it in detail the day before. Walgreens offer the worst customer service I have seen. Just as bad as Walmart.

On 4/19/2022 I visited Walgreens located 2770 W Broad St Columbus ,Oh 43204 the time was 9:23 on receipt I had just got off work I work construction so I'm dirty I was looking for gauze upon entering store the lady at the front was screaming having a conversation with the employee in the isle looks at me with a disgusted look didn't mind just wanted to get the gauze was having trouble so I approached the lady in the isle I asked she directed me to them I'm approaching the checkout now I can feel the energy the woman at the register just grabbed my item and scanned it I handed it two fives she grabbed the as if they was going to bite her then held them up against the light again no problem upon her handing my change back she throws the change in my hand like a substantial amount of force was behind that I didn't know a reputable Business like Walgreens was ok with employees disrespecting a customer for what and why because I'm dirty.?? Not everyone sits behind a register all day some of us actually work so for her to have the whole experience feel so uncomfortable to me is flabbergasting it's ridiculous and I will be driving to Krogers instead terrible customer service

In the last year our local Walgreens stink! Four or five calls to see is script ready. This time refill request on Saturday still following Friday "not ready". No counting involved. Precounted box of BD needles. So we have run out. Yet they offer another "new service"(?). Can't handle what they have.
