My family of 5 splurged and ordered groceries for delivery on 8/17/24. The order was delivered, but it was entirely the wrong order. The delivery driver returned the order to the store without letting us know what to do or when to expect our order. We called the store, and the woman we spoke to ("DeeDee") was extremely rude and unhelpful. She spoke over me and kept asking which item was wrong, when we told her multiple times that it was the entire order. Her only resolution was to place another order which would include paying another delivery fee and driver tip. When I asked to speak to another person, she said she was the only one I could speak to. She also blamed the delivery driver for grabbing the wrong order, even though the label on my bags had my name on them. She was unwilling to issue a refund and gave me a corporate number to call. They rescheduled our delivery for between 5-7 that evening. At 7:30, our order still had not been delivered. I tried calling the store 3 times with no answer. My husband called and they answered on the second ring, which made me wonder if they were dodging my calls. Once again, they were unable to help us and told us to call the national number. Eventually, our order was canceled and is supposed to be refunded, although it has not been yet. My family and I frequent this Walmart at least weekly and have never had an issue with pickup orders or inside the store itself. The customer service during this experience has been nonexistent and we were unable to talk to anybody within the actual store besides Dee Dee. There was no answer on any other extension we tried. This was extremely frustrating and we will no longer be customers.

The employees thought me and my sisters were gonna steal a bike because we were "taking to long to pick one". We were trying to get the right size for my sister and the security guard told us that the employees were telling us to leave the area. Multiple employees kept circling around us for no reason and told the security guard to tell us to leave. I'm not type to pull the racism card but what type of thieves would spend time picking out the PERFECT bike to steal?

Whoever was the old lady with the bad eyebrows working in customer service needs a serious attitude adjustment. I understand it's so hard working with human beings face to face, but in no way do they deserve to be treated disrespectfully and griped at for following the directions on a screen THAT SHE PUT UP; as if she's my mother. If they had a self checkout for this, I would gladly choose it instead of ever dealing with someone as nasty and rude as this woman. Truly disgusting behavior and I can't believe people like this are hired here.

Worse customer service ever. They mysteriously closed their customer service and could not take a return. I was planning to make a big purchase but left and went to Target. Walmart really should teach someone in their store how to say sorry. The greeter was not nice...

Surely I've reviewed this before? But, okay. I've been here a few times. It's a little off the beaten path (for me) and doesn't seem quite as busy as the Easton one, or even the Westerville one. I wanted to make a quick stop for one thing, and was able to do that. In and out. Quicker than expected, because they didn't have what I wanted. But, at least no wasted time. The entrances are restricted for social distancing, but at least you can tell from the parking lot which one is the entrance (unlike some places that make you walk right up to the wrong door.) I'm not a Walmart fan, but the prices and selection sometimes draw me in. This one is not awful.

It's a good solid three right now. Not bad, not great. Solid 3. Pros: Plenty of staff around that were stocking and available for help Fairly well stocked (see cons) Clean inside Cashier cleaned surfaces between customers Cons: I wish they would clean the carts for you like other stores and separate the not yet cleaned from the cleaned. They leave it to you and the little sani-wipes. They were wiped out of most cleaning products. I've seen other stores with better stocks, so this surprised me. As well they seemed cleaned out of unusual non-covid items but were stocked with proteins. Seemed odd. Still notoriously bad for having enough registers open. They had little stickers that showed you where to be to stay 6 ft apart. Two stickers per lane, so ideally three customers per lane. 3:45pm on a Wednesday and I was stacked 6 customers deep in line because there were not enough lanes open.

Horrible customer service, rude managers that treat customers with disrespect and do not know their products and policy! Very disappointed with the whole shopping experience at Sawmill Walmart, store manager-Joshua Hughes at the time of my visit was very rude with unprofessional behavior, he was not even trying to assist customers or listen to their needs/concerns, such a shame!

Good, clean, and very well organized. The first time I shopped in this Wal-Mart, I was very impressed with how neat and clean the store was. I can usually find what I am looking for here unlike other places. I will definitely be back to this Wal-Mart to get what I can't at other stores.

#Walmart- I get that you are all about having your CUSTOMERS do the work by having only 4 open registers 2 days before Christmas . But when you have a line 25+ long in the self check lane- don't you think a little Christmas spirit and opening up oh, maybe one or two more aisles, might be nice? #lostcustomer #ontoKroger

This Walmart needs help. I've placed several online orders for pickup to this store, I've given more than one chance, it fails every time. Every. Single. Time. I wait anywhere from 15-25 minutes to get someone to the counter and then for them to find my item. The checkout lanes always have a long wait, they do not have enough help and they haven't since I've lived in the area (4 years). Management can't keep employees.

This is a good Walmart and the employees are nice. I found it very easy to locate things and the storefront was kept very clean. Plenty of parking too. Produce looked very fresh when we visited.

I try to stay out of Walmart, but last week decided to give it another chance. I quickly realized that they are badly understaffed. The shelves were bare, waiting to be stocked. The carts were spilling out of the corral into the parking lot, waiting to be taken inside. The shoppers were 29 deep in a line, waiting to check out. If you don't have the time to wait or the patience of a saint, you may need to cross the street to Kroger.

Messed up my photos from photo center. Tried to return them. Service desk couldn't figure out how to return single photos, so they returned the whole order. Asked them what to do next time. The said to come in and upload them in the store. It will be time consuming to do that, but the website doesn't work so well; however, it was only 9 cents per photo.
