Ok so corporate America learned during lockdown. They could force us to shop 8am -10pm and earn the same money as 24-7. No 3rd shift overhead. This also means no 3rd shift to catch whatever 1st and 2nd missed. So we are now forced to shop in stores that are getting dirtier every day. The aisle are filled with stock as we squeeze by. Completely missing the items we came for, because they were still boxed up. The staff is burnt out and unhappy. Did I mention that Wally World tells their employees to use public assistance programs as the benefit package? It just a whole butt hole of a shopping experience these days. We the public miss our 3am Walmart runs.

The customer service is mostly good. The pharmacy and the people on the pharmacy staff have always been very helpful and take the time to go over any new medications with you.
I do have to say, though, that the produce department is poorly managed and has been for a long time.
A store of this caliber that is pretty much ALWAYS busy should not run out of things as often as this store does. The produce quality has room for improvement. For instance, I've rarely seen really fresh bell peppers there. As one who worked in retail most of my life, including a big department store chain, it's disappointing. Walmart can afford to do better. Especially in such a nice area, in such a convenient spot for thousands of customers.

My wife asked for help to clean the changing station and the manager stated no one is qualified to clean the table as the 'qualified' workers were gone for the day. The lazy manager refused to help solve this problem so my daughter had to sit in her dirty diaper for over 20 minutes until my wife could find an employee who put on gloves and wiped the table. Such an odd thing for a manager to lie about and make a simple situation so difficult.

They manager and the store clerk in customer service were very understanding and took the time to hear me talk, which is more than I can say about the store lead and store manager on Bethel Rd. I completely explained how my son weighted 220 pounds I made a mistake I got a twin size instead of queen , with reciept and original packing in tack the people at bethel store were unable to show me any policy to prove the fact they refused to return the item for me. The manager originally said yes yes give her a gift card, than the other guy said something to him in Arabic and they store manager changed his mind. and said no the register wont let me give a gift card. You don't have to lie about it and make upp stories all I wanted was to return this one for a larger one. What they wouldn't do the Hilliard store was willing to make it right. Thank you for that.

Walmart supercenter is fantastic! They have such a vast selection of products and the employees are so nice and so kind and so helpful! The store is clean, convenient and fast with a great selection!

I return here to shop even though it is 45 minutes round trip from my current home. It is the best WalMart
store in Cilumbus.

This particular location is in a nice neighborhood and seems to carry more of the pet products I shop for (not so much at other locations).

So awesome 😎 16 bucks. I need to learn to fly it. I'll have to go outside hopefully not crash it I got a salad mark down to 4 bucks. It was yummy I forgot to take pics. It's in my belly now 😋 got zero sugar jolly rancher. It's yummy too. Tastes like regular jolly rancher. You definitely can't tell. So glad they make zero sugar stuff. I didn't know I was diabetic til my stroke in July. Zero sugar pop is awesome too especially Pepsi zero and barqs zero sugar root beer. And zero sugar blackberry Dr pepper those r my 3 favorite

If there was a way to give you a -100 star rating, I would because that's what you deserve. I sent my Dad that was stranded money but he wasn't able to recieve it at your store during normal operating business hours. It was 9:10 PM when he walked into your store and the customer service desk was already closed down even though you advertise that your money center is open until 11pm. After asking for a Front End Team Lead, he was told that they already took their tills out. People that work at Walmart know that you could have simply made a new register and took care of the customer, but you didn't. You should be ashamed of your customer service. You deserve it.
