I’m genuinely disappointed by my experience at this shop, especially as someone who’s been a regular customer and recommended it to others, including my mom.
I went in to purchase kratom, which I rely on to manage chronic pain from an autoimmune disorder. I was in so much pain I accidentally used my boss’s credit card instead of my own. I realized the mistake in less than 30 seconds and immediately explained what happened to the staff.
The woman at the counter was kind and said she’d get her boss. The woman who came out (who I believe may be the owner or manager) wasn’t rude, but made it clear she wasn’t willing to help. I explained I didn’t want a refund—just to void the transaction and reprocess it with my own card. I also shared that I didn’t want to lose my job over a simple mistake.
Her response? “Yeah, I don’t want to get fired either,” and a flat “I can’t do it.”
As a former office manager and now an operations manager myself, I know these systems can be overridden in situations like this. She chose not to help, despite it being completely fixable.
It’s upsetting to be treated that way after being a loyal customer. I won’t be returning—and that’s unfortunate because I genuinely liked coming here before.

What can i say? Its always a great experience every time I visit. The staff here is a rock solid group of people and thats what keeps me coming back. Cannot say enough good things about this place.

Stopped by on a whim, and gotta say I LOVE this store! Many different options on things to buy here! From spiritual education to physical education with a tiny bit of S*xual education. They have selections for everyone. I love how this store smelled. As soon as I walked in I was drawn to the incense!

The man who helped we was super kind and friendly and helpful. Ended up buying a cute hoodie which wasn’t what I was there for originally but they were so cute and he had just gotten them in and they were a great price. He then discounted me on the item I came in to purchase originally. I’ll def be back, I love this store and the man there was so nice and personal-able, I’ll def be back. Love my impulsive hoodie purchase
