Amazing customer service. They let me move my booking time up a few hours for plans that had changed. Was given a better vehicle than I had orginally reserved which was perfect for a week in Tennessee! Have been coming here for years and will continue to use and recommend to others. The big name places can't even come close to the customer and low rates from this place.

Enjoyed a 2 week rental with a like new looking Ford Transit 15 passenger van. The check in was easily completed online. Their prices are far better than most competitors. Their fleet as I saw it will impress. The van was clean and I returned it clean. Had plenty of room and a comfortable ride. Cannot say enough good in finding these folks. Perfect for family groups and vacation road trips. I will definitely use their service again. Thank you NEO.

I recently had the pleasure of working with NEO Vans and Andrew for a long-term rental, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. NEO Vans and Andrew were incredibly helpful and accommodating, always there for me when I found myself in a bind and in need of a vehicle at short notice.
Andrew, in particular, stood out with his outstanding customer service. Not only did he ensure a seamless rental process, but he also went above and beyond by personally delivering a replacement vehicle to me when the one I was using had a mechanical issue - and this was at 6pm on a Friday night! That level of dedication and commitment to customer satisfaction is truly commendable.
I cannot speak highly enough of NEO Vans and Andrew. The prices for their rentals are more than fair, the quality of their equipment is top-notch, and their customer service is second to none. I will definitely be turning to NEO Vans for any future long-term rental needs, as I know I can rely on them for a stress-free and reliable service.

Wow is all I can say the owners were the most professional people I ever spoke to. They helped us through every step. Awesome so nice this is the service that needs to be I. Every establishment. I mean the vans we rented to transport our nonprofit was awesome comfortable and roomy. The rental process was easy. There’s nothing more that I can say to describe the best rental experience I ever had.. Thanks for all the help care. This is one company that really cares about there customers . Thanks for the wonderful service and you have gained along term customer.

Very respectful! Called in the afternoon to see if they had any 15 passenger van available and picked up 4 hours later! Very competitive rates, Definitely recommended! God Bless 🙌

Very very pleased I had reserved a van elsewhere and had ask questions and never got a direct answer about seating. Three days before first vacation with my kids and grand kids I did get the answer and it was not going to work so I called Neo and spoke with Lindsey which answered all my questions. Saturday I drove to the site and met the owner Andy and we had good conversation about dogs and other things. He showed me a van that would work and told him I really like that one setting over there so we looked it over and it was sweet. Very surprised we will set you up in that one at a good rate I was very excited and told him we will roll into Fla in style. I want to thank Andy and Lindsey very good people and I highly recommend them for any rental needs

Me were notified by a big car rental place that they didn’t have a van for us a couple hours before we left for vacation. I called NEO and they had a van and even waited past closing time to help us out. Super friendly and very professional. They really care about helping people out and not just making money. We will definitely be using them any time we need to rent a van!!!

Andy was more than accommodating, and was so helpful in getting us a van so that we could still take a vacation, after our flights were canceled. He was very helpful and nice, and the van was excellent

They have a good variety of vans and trailers. Took a van and trailer for a trip to Iowa, and everything worked well and was well maintained!
