I am just a beginner at cross fit and this is the perfect place. The gym has a family atmosphere and is very welcoming. It's very large and there is plenty of top of the line equipment for everyone. The trainers work well with all skill levels and put together challenging workouts. I highly recommend it!

Excellent place to get your temple (body) into shape with some amazing people! I love the atmosphere of this gym!
