I had recently installed a bike rack on the exterior of my car, and suddenly one day the battery was dead when I tried to turn it on in the morning. I felt this was very strange given the car was from 2016 with a recently replaced battery so I was very surprised. I jumpstarted it; it ran fine the whole day and suddenly the battery was dead the very next morning. Every day, same issue. This went on for a two weeks before I took the car to a mechanic for a general diagnostic, paying $45. They told me I would have to leave the car overnight which I was fine with. I then get a text the next morning telling me they needed to charge $300!! to inspect the wire harness and electronic components as nothing in the general diagnostic popped up (starter, alternator, and battery were all fine). I said hell no, I'll figure it out myself (I had a gut instinct that my almost brand new car in perfect condition was not going to have such a complex issue). Blahblah

Michael Vasquez should not be in charge of anything to do with customer service. He was rude and refused to refund the cash that was owed. My advice is to avoid any sort of contact with him and find another business if you need work done
