Our salesman Troy was so calm and personable! He never tried to influence us one way or another when trying to choose our car, he just let us test drive until we made the decision on our own. They worked with us on price and trade in to get us the best deal. They were super accommodating the whole time, making sure to offer food or drinks, and never making us question anything. “This place was a major Blessing for me, Jeff did a phenomenal job, repairing my car after my first accident in 22 years, he completely replaced my front drivers side fender, and buffed out all of the scrapes and scratches on my bumper, and he touched up several other spots for me, and he even vacuumed and washed my car! And he did it all for like $800 dollars less then anyone else would! So he has a customer for life with me! Got a few separate estimates before a family member recommended Yoder's (in which they had the best estimate). When it came time for me to go forward with the repairs, Eric was very responsive to my messages in order to set up a convenient time for both of us. The work was done quickly and professionally within only a few days and the body work was perfect and looked like it did the day I bought it. Additionally, the final cost came in for less than I was quoted since no further rust issues were found once the repairs started (obviously, not everyone will be that lucky). “I just had my rav4 jeep sway bars fixed that 4 of them for a little over $400.00. I am not sure if it a good price or not but they got my jeep right in and worked it in on this firday sept 9th 2023. The guys seem like they know what they are doing and was friendly. And I learn to clean my car out before taking it in so if the mechanicso if he needs to drive it around to listen for noises to get the right problem fixed. “Mae Middlebranch Collision did an amazing job painting the hood on my 12 year old bright red convertible. It was full of stone chips, and showing it's age. Not only does the hood look brand new, but they also brush touched up the other chips on my car. I would highly recommend their work, as well as the great customer service . I originally stopped at the Cleveland Avenue location to get a quote, and they were very helpful and professional in advising me to get the work done at the Middlebranch location (as I could get it done sooner). “Andy contacted me about doing drywall in his basement. As we went through all the details of the job I couldn’t help but notice his attention to detail at every turn. When we were finally done with my initial walk-through, I gave him a price that was a little higher than average because I knew the kind of job that he would want. A couple days after I started the job he invited me down to his shop Getz. I have never seen such a meticulously organized clean and well thought out shop in my life, this guy could build rockets for Nassau. I text my younger brother who is a perfectionist while I was in Andy‘s office this message... I found the best autobody guy this side of the Mississippi. “Had a Saturn with an issue with the door sticking shut, couple other shops had quoted me an hour or twos labor upon minimal inspection. Tim at Worx got an idea and fixed the problem in ten seconds flat. He fixed me up with some lube for the lock and sent me on my way. That's why I love little places like this, they have the experience and aren't looking to retire off of your small problems. I always stay away from getting work done at the dealership and this is why. Super courteous and friendly service is hard to come by in the auto world.”
