Based on what we’d heard from people’s experiences with other car dealerships, we went in a little on edge and expecting to have a lot of pressure, which was not the case at all. Our salesman Troy was so calm and personable! He never tried to influence us one way or another when trying to choose our car, he just let us test drive until we made the decision on our own. They worked with us on price and trade in to get us the best deal. They were super accommodating the whole time, making sure to offer food or drinks, and never making us question anything. “Needed to get some spots of body rust that had worn through some areas in front of my rear wheel wells. Got a few separate estimates before a family member recommended Yoder's (in which they had the best estimate). When it came time for me to go forward with the repairs, Eric was very responsive to my messages in order to set up a convenient time for both of us. The work was done quickly and professionally within only a few days and the body work was perfect and looked like it did the day I bought it. Additionally, the final cost came in for less than I was quoted since no further rust issues were found once the repairs started (obviously, not everyone will be that lucky). In the end, I was thrilled with every aspect of my business with Yoder's. Would certainly recommend and use again (but of course I hope not to have to).Services: Painting”

“These guys are awesome! Their work is excellent and their pricing is extremely reasonable. I was recommended to them a couple of years ago from a mechanic's shop for an exhaust leak on my son's car. They repaired the leak in less than 5 minutes and charged me next to nothing. Since then, I've gone back for a couple of minor exhaust issues and both times the owner didn't even charge me. The whole team is super friendly and they know their stuff (this most recent time, the owner knew what the issue with my truck was before even looking at it). I will be taking all of my exhaust repair needs to them in the future. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED by this satisfied customer!”

My service invoice did not include any explanation of what exactly was done as part of the 50,000 service other than oil and filter change. “I went in to this location for an air filter, as well as a Duralast tool lifetime warranty replacement. I was told Duralast tools have a lifetime warranty, so I’ve decided to start buying them exclusively. This was the first time I attempted a replacement. (A pass through wrench set I purchased around 2016 finally had enough.) I was wary due to this being the first replacement attempt, and the fact that the tool set had been changed, so there was no direct replacement. After some research on her part, Jennifer processed the replacement. I am impressed with her and the staff at this location and will be back. Thanks Jennifer!”
“I started using PDP nearly 10 years ago, when I first started my detailing business I had very little knowledge on the chemicals, techniques, or coatings to use. Chris, Nick, and Eric were all extremely helpful with getting me started and answering any questions I had. Fast forward to today, I still buy 90% of my products from PDP. They are able to accommodate for our high volume of cars with their 5 gallon selection, and they help save a ton of time with deliveries when we need it. From your basic at home wash supplies, to a full blown detail shop, PDP is the way to go for quality chemicals and honest sales guys. Thanks for everything PDP!!”

“My son come jaycent came over we checked driver's side front wheel for cause of shaking found worn outer tie rod went to Antoine got the economy line tie rod cost within pennies of 30$put it on still had problem check passenger side o my it was worse than other I suggested we call parts ware house Bam!!! Price within pennies of 15$ my son said TO quote (I know where I am going for now on and to top off one heck of a nice female waited on us .parts warehouse tie rod end also hada hardware with grease fitting you blew autozone out the grease pit on price and you're employees was pleasant.”

“Andy contacted me about doing drywall in his basement. As we went through all the details of the job I couldn’t help but notice his attention to detail at every turn. When we were finally done with my initial walk-through, I gave him a price that was a little higher than average because I knew the kind of job that he would want. I have never seen such a meticulously organized clean and well thought out shop in my life, this guy could build rockets for Nassau. “Mae Middlebranch Collision did an amazing job painting the hood on my 12 year old bright red convertible. It was full of stone chips, and showing it's age. Not only does the hood look brand new, but they also brush touched up the other chips on my car. I would highly recommend their work, as well as the great customer service . I originally stopped at the Cleveland Avenue location to get a quote, and they were very helpful and professional in advising me to get the work done at the Middlebranch location (as I could get it done sooner).
