“I have had a storage unit here for a while, and it has been a very pleasant experience. Not only do I feel that my items are secure, but the customer service that Sammie provides is top tier. Her kindness and work ethic is very appreciative. Unfortunately that’s hard to come by these days. It’s refreshing to have Sammie here to keep the sterling reputation that this storage facility has.”

“An excellent place to store your valuables. Locks abound, you cannot get anywhere close to any units without your own personal code. Climate controlled, all units are inside, so you don’t worry about weather affecting your stuff. Staff are polite and super-helpful.”

“I was looking for a storage unit facility to which I could store some of my stuff and I liked it so much I got a second unit for some of my other stuff. I also referred them to family and friends. I am really pleased what's the way that the facility is clean and the people are professionals they care about the person in front of them not just the almighty buck. I would recommend this storage facility to anybody who is in need of a place to store their their stuff.”

“The storage unit is very clean, well kept, and easily accessible for unit owners. Sherri is such a delight to work with and in a pinch was able to help me upgrade to a larger unit. She is very personable and sweet. Thank you so so much!”

“I was very impressed with Michelle. She takes great pride in her work. This showed the day I was checking in. She answered all of my questions and helped me way above and beyond. I felt sorry for her though and another customer and concerned about my future interactions. They had a issue that came up and she had been waiting all day on the district managers response. It was a issue that she could have handled but was not allowed on her end. I was amazed at how her hands were tied. Yet she handled the situation with grace and above what alot of people would of.”

“RLD Relocation & Logistics This is the second time I have required service to move furniture, personal items and a vehicle from California to Texas. I used RLD in 2022 for my stuff and in 2025 to move my parents’ stuff. Mom and dad have a lot of stuff after 70 years. Some very nice furniture and yes china, crystal, nick knacks and stuff galore. The packers did a great job. This time I had Glen as my mover/transporter. He was a quiet type but very detailed and professional. He insured everything was loaded and unloaded safely. If I ever have to move something or someone else anywhere, I would call RLD again. The behind the scene staff like schedulers, logistics and support is priceless. I have made four (4) large moves in my life and RDL is the only company I will use again if needed. No broken, lost, damaged items and they provide what I would call a “white glove service.” Wish I had them for my prior two moves. Their prices are competitive and the service is superior. FYI – my first RLD mover was just as wonderful as Glen. I am sure RLD only hires the best and most reliable staff and contractors. Michelle”

“I do not like that I can’t pay online . And I do not like that my units are the same size but different prices. I do like the security of it and the gentleman that runs it is very cool . I also like the fact that it’s 24 hour access and that there are lights in the units . ??”

“I’ve stored my things here for a year and a half and have enjoyed the service. The manager Dave is a super nice guy, always willing to help customers. The only problem I had was with the website at first and they had it fixed very shortly after it started giving people problems. Also, everything is in good working order. Would recommend!”
