I had to pick up something from the store and was blown away! The new Gen X store was breathtaking! The set up, the selection, etc. PLUS the staff was extremely helpful.

New guy was not motivated to help us aylt all. Informed him that we were looking for an air conditioner and he told me that they only had two in store. We had ordered a washer online and we wanted to go in and get an air conditioner and he was telling us that the washer, even though one was sitting on the showroom floor which is the same one that we ordered, was ordered online so it could be 3 to 4 weeks before we even get the washer.Yet when we ordered it online it stated that it would be 5 to 7 business days. He said that it depends on what other store has it and when they have to get it from but yet the website clearly states in the fine print that it would be 5 to 7 business days. When we asked him how much the air conditioner was he didn't seem like he wanted to look up pricing or cared to find out any information for us. After he told us that the air conditioner would be $600, which I can get the same one at Walmart for $400, I asked him how much it would be interest and he told me that it would be $953 after all the interest if you didn't pay it off.I also asked them if we could do 24-month financing because it offers it online and he argued with me that they only do 6 months and that was it even though the offer was there online to finance that for 24 months. The other guy didn't try to help or answer any questions after the other guy started multiple times he was new. Very rude customer service.

The staff at this Aaron's location are top notch and very helpful when waiting on a customer. They treat customer's like family always greet their customer's entering the store. Also very knowledgeable about the product's in the store....????

I didn't buy anything, I took a friend to get furniture. I wasn't impressed, maybe I hit there at a bad time? Too expensive
