If I could give no stars for pharmacy I would. My medication was supposed to be there on Monday. They said they didn’t have it. They had to order it. I have called Tuesday Wednesday and went down there Thursday morning, cause she said it was supposed to be there and it’s still not there. They are so unorganized and act like your an inconvenience to their work schedule. This matter has happened multiple times to multiple people. Pam has an attitude if you go down there and hour after she said 30-45 min. She will slam stuff around and slam your medication on the counter. They are rude and not very professional. Switch as fast as you can cause they never will have your medication when your doctor prescribes it.

Your hours on this page are inaccurate just as they are on Google, and the female employee who relayed that this morning so snarkily can take credit for being the cause of me not coming back to a grocery store only a half mile from home. I think I will take my shopping across the river thank you very much.

the staff are very nice and treat u with dignity and help u to your car with a smile theres almost always a scooter available unlike some stores and I am happy with my service there every time I go . people and staff are friendly and helpful .

would like to give a shout out to pharmacy tech Theresa she took time to run down to a old address and get my meds when she didnt have to so I want to say thank you that was very much appreciated when u didnt have to do that. I was in pain all day long

There’s been such poor customer service during my last few visits. No warm greetings or inviting you back good byes. Just bitterness. I would rather use the gas to visit the Calcutta location and get better quality service. You should value your customers without them you wouldn’t be employed. Multiple employees at this location lack customer service experience. It’s such a shame with all the competition in the area you’d think you would try harder to keep happy customers. Customers will spread the word faster about bad service than they will good service. I personally won’t be back until I hear of an attitude improvement among the employees and the management.
