The cashier was very nice but, the chips were baaad... pay your workers more and sell better food. 5 for service but 1 for chips.

I brought my car in for new tires. I was told the wait was 1-1/2 to 2 hrs. 3 hrs later my car was finally brought in. Every time I bring my car for anything the wait time is ridiculously long and the told wait time is way off. I won't be bringing my car here anymore

After 8:30pm was definitely the time to hit up this Walmart. It was pretty desolate and the night stocking crew hadn't really started blocking off aisles yet. I was able to walk the store and pick up a few things that I needed finding the stock on the shelves. Yes, the young lady working the self-checkout definitely helped to make sure I didn't skip anything (annoying). If you're going to have me scan my own stuff then let me do it. Otherwise, open more staffed registers! On the plus side, this Walmart tolerates overnight parking in their lot so I had a good night in the Sprinter van. absolutely horrible. i went to check out today 1/6/2022 and had a cart full of items. i honestly forgot to scan a vacuum on the bottom of my cart and the security manager (bitch) called the cops. even after i paid and apologized to the team lead in the front of the store. i could understand if i told them i changed my mind about the vacuum...then it would be suspicious. but no, i apologized and paid for the vacuum with the same debit card. the manager pam or whatever her name is turned it into something more dramatic and called the cops. even if i was stealing....it wouldnt be a vacuum. maybe if they dont want people stealing and don't want to go through all this drama, how about you hire cashiers and get rid of the self checkouts???? why are we even doing your job in the first place? eliminate self checkouts and actually have real cashiers scan peoples items. i also feel the manager was homophobic. she did not call the police until i mentioned that my husband was outside waiting for me. she looked at me odd and then decided to fill out a form and inform me that she will be calling the police. i feel this walmart is not managed properly and lacks workers with common sense. i will be suing them for discrimination.

Poor, Poor, Poor automotive service, should receive 0 stars....... I was at walmarts automotive center in Calcutta, Ohio at 7:10am on 8/29/2019 and the woman that was working at the time was very disrespectful at waiting on me, first there were 2 customers in front of me, so I waited patiently for my turn, after the 2 customers were waited on it was my turn, wrong, right at that moment the phone rang and she answered it to tell the other person on the phone to hold, then I thought it was my turn, wrong, there was a man that was waiting in line behind me that had a couple of items in his hands and guess what she waited on him, apparently she knew him, cause she said (let me go ahead and check you out so you don't have to wait) WTF, so she checks him out, I figured id be next, WRONG, DEAD F****** WRONG, she gets back on the phone with the person that she put on hold, WTF..... I was wanting to get 4 new tires put on my car and an oil change, so I decided to knock it down to an oil change, when she got off the phone and finally decided to wait on me after skipping me 3 F****** times, I said I want an oil change and to use Pennzoil, she told me that will be extra, I told here that I got my oil changed here last time, which was a couple months ago, that they put Pennzoil in my car at no extra charge, she said (prices change) I said they have it on bulk, that what I was told last time and she said we don't carry that in bulk, you have to pay extra for it off the shelf, I asked her to look up my last oil change, then she seen that there is bulk Pennzoil on hand in 5 gallon buckets, id call that bulk, she didn't even say sorry for not believing me, let alone the 3 times she skipped me, I decided to take my business elsewhere

This Walmart is a joke the employees are very ignorant and rude. I was checking out at the self checkout while I was paying for my stuff a worker came up to me and said that I didn't pay for the 24pack of tea that was in my shopping cart I told her that I did pay for it then she said that it didn't come up on her screen so I said that it is right here Lipton it's the second thing I scanned then she said I don't know why it says Lipton that it's tea I said Lipton is tea. She was accusing me of stealing when I clearly wasn't it was very irritating and Ignorant. They need more employees with common sense not some brain less idiots.

Their photo kiosk never work. Every single time I go there and expect to have my photos printed, I get the same " our photo kiosks aren't working at the moment, but you can come back at 10 a.m." This is getting old.

lot better than Steubenville store need new management down at that store shelfs are empty alot know people that work there NOT HAPPY work place Manager not very personable i here he stays in office alot WAKE UP WALMART!!!!
