“Was in a car accident and contacted AAA as we are members. AAA dispatched Calcutta Towing. Sam our tow truck driver arrived within his allotted time frame. He was extremely helpful and got the job done. Our car was damaged pretty bad and it was raining so he offered to take our vehicle to the tow yard to lock it up in the garage so that it did not take on any further damage and to also help with tow cost as AAA did give him the wrong account with the lesser of miles for towing. Sam helped us save money along with more damages to our brand new 4 days old car. Once the insurance claim was processed, Sam also towed it to the repair facility for us. Sam kept us updated with n what was going on and we couldn’t be happier of his customer service he provided for us. Thank you Sam and Calcutta towing for all your amazing work and help.
