We had a great experience with the owners, they were super knowledgable of everything and were able to help find the right cart for us. I loved that they weren't pushy at all and were just genuinely caring about finding us something that suits our families needs. Great family owned business! I bought an ebike a few months ago it was a great experience. There was zero pressure to buy, he was super friendly and informed on his merchandise. The bike rack I brought with me isn't great so he even helped us load the bike and gave us a belt to ensure it wouldn't move. I live in Pittsburgh and did a lot of shopping around and this is definitely the best place as far as customer service and price. - Marisa
