What an absolute ripoff artist. My girl's phone was stolen, and we came in for help. He wasn't much help, but he did set her up with a new replacement phone. Long story short, we recovered the stolen phone, and brought the replacement back for a refund. Boost has a 7 day return policy, and we were back within 24 hours. He claimed there was a restocking fee, and said our refund was roughly 75% of what we paid. We agreed, and he got even more fishy. He went through his registers and then his own personal wallet before offering we accept partial payment in cash and an "I Owe You" for the return. I refused and wanted the credit to be refunded on the Credit Card I used to make the purchase, a standard practice in retail. He was adamant that we accept his cash offer, claiming that he couldn't refund on the card. At one point he even spun his credit card machine around and asked ME to enter HIS pin, as if to demonstrate his own incompetence. Turns out, there is no restocking fee, and he wanted to offer cash because he was trying to screw is over on the refund off the books so that he can sell the phone twice. He's currently under investigation with Boost Mobile, and I suggest everyone avoid this location until that investigation is concluded.

Could NOT understand what the rep was saying. The accent was too heavy and the English was poor.

Pops is the man, told it to me like it is. After trying to get a SIM card activated it turns out I don’t even need one & just needed to unlock my phone & then do this e-sim thing. Don’t go to the Euclid stores btw, worst workers ever & they don’t help you. Stick with Pops!

Update: I would give negative stars if it was an option. I went to Raw Styles in Painesville. I explained everytime I go to Boost in Eastlake I have problems. My account is always messed up. They hooked me up. They have a location in Eastlake called Wireless Connection. At first I dreaded having to buy 3 new phones. They made the experience enjoyable. As far as the Eastlake Boost, I definitely do not recommend this store. They never open when they are supposed to. I had to go to a gas station to buy a phone. This location has went downhill since Marlin left.

Boost on Vine St in Willowick, Ohio is awesome. The staff is so professional and I got a great Samsung very much affordable. The Boost store in Euclid is garbage. I stop using that store years ago the atmosphere was negative always paid bill over the phone. Claim they had phones only $200 and up their out their mind. Richmond Hts location closed due to covid..Vine St is the place

Condescending ripoffs. You get different prices depending on who services you. Overcharged for service poor customer service. Then had the nerve to have a Bible study book in front of him!! I should have gone with my gut instinct and went elsewhere.
