I changed my Rating to 3 stars. I had to get the BBB involved before they would respond. They did give me a full refund after the headache of trying to get in touch with someone. Do yourself a favor and respond to customer issues. Maybe you would get more business!!

Placed an order on 8/29/2021 with a delivery date of September 2, 2021. Order status remains "Package Acceptance Pending" since August 30th. No response to my email inquiry and their listed phone number has no answer or voice mail set up.9/13/2021 Order finally arrived after 2 weeks.
