This store is amazing during the day and there’s a few amazing 3rd shift workers but there’s this one employee that works 3rd shift that sucks and theres times I walk in and there no employee to be found and he doesn’t come out as soon as someone walks in theres been times I stand there for a good 5 minutes or so before he comes walking out from by the bathrooms and is just so rude and always looks so mean, he always gives anyone an issue if they go down to the regular registers cause then he actually has to do something instead of just sitting on his phone doing nothing. It’s like you guys just hire people and don’t care how they treat customers especially since ive called quite a few times to complain about this employee and how he talks to customers and treats them and you guys just do nothing about it, he could get your store robbed just by not coming out of hiding for 5 minutes after someone walks in like he’s hoping they’ll just leave if he doesn’t come out, I have multiple videos of me standing up from waiting for 5 minutes maybe even longer then that sometimes. It’s horrible and he’s horrible at customer service. Definitely won’t be going there if he’s working thats for sure. Do better circle k

If I could give this store -5 stars I totally would, or atleast for the one employee at night, super young and kinda new but he sucks at his job! He never pays attention to the customers and will tell you that he has to take you down at self checkout snd can’t do cash back because he never puts a drawer in which is bullshit! I will definitely be contacting corporate about this employee, they don’t even wear name tags probably so people can’t complain about them by name but they’ll know who I’m talking about when I tell them September 13th around 11:30-11:40pm and that it’s the same guy that always gives us an issue in there, he’s so lazy and just always looks so mean, it’s like circle k will just hire anyone these days and don’t care how they treat the customers but I will be contacting corporate everyday until something is don’t about this employee!

Eastlake Vine St. Circle K is one of the most convenient gas stations around. It's got slushies, fountain drinks, coffee bar, fresh hot dogs, fruits, salads, hot food available around mealtimes, ice creams,and a large variety of candies & snacks. They also have an array of different beers, wine, seltzers and tobacco products available with a valid I.D. ;)

The GPS took us to this one when getting off of Route 2. First time in this one as I've been to the one East of the interchange many times before.
This is a decent sized location for pumps and store items. It wasn't busy when we were there and was clean.
We only stopped in for some fountain drinks and some Monster energy drinks. The best part is they still have styrofoam cups which is exactly what we wanted... They are hard to find since everyone is switching to plastic cups.
Everything was 5 star until we went to the counter to pay. If you've never used their self check-out, this is actually hard to figure out. I love technology, but if it takes 5 minutes to use and makes you feel stupid for not getting it, it's not convenient. We had to ask the clerk like 3 questions in order to complete our purchase and at that point, why not just have the clerk ring us up? The guy beside us seemed to know what he was doing but even he ended up asking the clerk a question as we were leaving.
Maybe just pay a person to check people out.
Anyway, is it weren't for the self-checkout fiasco, it would have been a 5 star visit.

I was racially profiled and almost denied service today, for genuinely no reason. I work at a local business nearby, and our crews stop at this Circle K every day. I went in this morning and wanted to purchase some rolling Cones for later. I went to register and asked the lady at the counter for the Cones. She looked me up and down, made a face and immediately accused me, in front of everyone, of coming in earlier with a fake ID. I honestly thought she was joking at first. Im 24 years old. I dont need a fake ID and I've never purchased tobacco products from this location in my life. I handed my ID to her and she looked over it extra hard, scanned it, saw that it was a real ID, but then continued to accuse me of having a fake. Bitching and moaning to her coworker about it like I wasnt still standing right there, as she reluctantly handed me my cones. Loud enough for the whole store to hear. It was so embarrassing, and I didnt even do anything wrong. Just walked in as a customer. I get it, she could get in trouble if she sells to someone underage. But that was no reason to be so rude, and she was dead wrong about who I was. It was probably some stupid kid who just kinda looked like me, and that old Hag simply can't tell brown people apart. I will never shop here again, and I will be looking into contacting corporate over this.

Went into Circle K to get a couple of hotdogs. The buns were old. When I asked The lady employee, if she could get me new buns, she dug out more old ones and stocked them. I told her that they were all old and she said that's all they had. I said, so, customers are going to get old buns, and she said, yes. I can only imagine how they take care of the rest of the food products, including coffee. Disgusting

Had my ups and downs here. Store is decent, and a couple happy go lucky employees. Not professional otherwise. Going there less and less moving forward. Gave them a second chance.
